I would really like a playable butterfly as support/healer. My top pick is Vivillon because they could have all its patterns & depending on the pattern you would get different buffs (Ex: +10% cooldown, +250Hp sheild, +25 Att&SpAtt, +100 Movement, +10% lifesteal ect). Vivillon Passive: Friend Guard - You have an aura that provides 20% hinderance reduction & bonus stats to yourself & allys within it. (Based on your pattern) Boosted: Every third attack is boosted & causes a random status effect (Sleep, Poison or Paralysis). Moveset #1 StruggleBug- AoE, Deal damage & (-10%) damage for 3 sec. PollenPuff- AoE, Heal & damage. Hurricane- AoE, Push enemies in all direction & deal damage. If enemies hit the wall, they become confused for 2 seconds. Moveset #2 Light Screen - All allies within your aura gain a shield that will absorb 1 instances of damage last 4 sec. If the sheild breaks gain 75 SpDef for 2 sec. Tailwind- CC Immunity, & +50% Movement to all allies within your aura for 4 seconds. Quiver Dance- +10% Attack, SpAtt, Def, SpDef & movement for all allies within your aura for 5 seconds. Unite Move: Hyper Dance- Vivillon becomes unstoppable, -1 sec on cooldown for moveset 1 & all allies within your aura gain gain +50% Cooldown for 9 seconds.

Hatterene gets access to all of the heal you ally moves so it would probably make a good fit. However, as someone that wants every ghost type in the game I'd love to see Sinischa in a support healer role.
I think Ribombee could make a fun Support/Speedster hybrid. Passive: Movement speed is increased the lower someone's health is if moving towards them. Friend or foe. Attacks: Fire off little gusts of glittering powder that shove backwards on the third hit. Abilities: 1A: Absorb: dash to a target and stun them, dealing some damage and healing you. 1B: Pollen Puff: Skillshot that explodes on the first target it hits, friend or foe, and deals area damage and an area heal, dealing more to the impact target. 1C: Draining Kiss: Dash to a target and kiss them, causing them to be stunned briefly, and causing small hearts to float away from the enemy, any allies who pick up the hearts heal. 2A: Agility: You gain movement speed for a short time. 2B: Quiver Dance: You gain movement speed for a short time and boosted special attack. Basic attacks extend the duration and can build more stacks. 2C: Sweet Scent: Launch a blast of glittering dust into an area that explodes in a large radius for some damage, but creates an area enemies can't leave once inside of (it smells too good). Unite Move: Iridescent Air Support: You begin flying at incredible speeds, becoming untargetable and leaving a trail of spores behind you. You do not have any collision with other players during this move. The trail of spores causes damage over time, slow, and if inside of it long enough it can cause stuns. This trail lingers for some time. Allies move faster in this trail.
One hint i wish to put in the ether regarding mime is when to pick confusion+power swap over psychic. Counterintuively the damage is in general better with psychic than confusion, especially when it comes to leashing the enemies, where confusion shines over psychic is when you are defending your backline carry and are often in scearios where you can push enemies into walls (or just away from your carry) while tethered to them, I find immobile mages like Gardevoir or Espeon, even Decidueye, work the best for this setup. And if you find yourself in a 1v1 Confusion and Psychic are very comparable. Psychic is better than confusion when you are expecting to go mostly on the offense with a melee teammate. Hope that helps! I would also love Lilligant as a support. A common gimmick in VGC is Liligant is a move after you and i think it would be really cool to have it boost teammates cooldown reduction.
Perhaps I could see Lilligant coming in as a supporter? Excluding its Hisuian Form, yes! I believe Lilligant would be a great new supporter coming in Pokemon Unite as it has all sorts of moves capable of performing healing, or support actions. Its design does match to the supporter role. -I can as well see Milotic being a potential supporter! -Would also love to see Alcremie coming to the game as a supporter! With its move 'decorate', it'd be a great addition for it to increase its allies attack stats!

I would love a mushroom pokemon. So I think Shinotic could be cool. Especially with it's ability to put enemies to sleep, drain them and then reuse that energy to heal teammates
Meloetta as a support using moves like sing to hinder opponents, and moved like safeguard or Heal pulse to help allies. And her pirouette form could be an all-rounder
Here's a good one Pawmott. it gets moves like nuzzle, drain punch, fake out and wish. Not to mention you could build the unite move around revival blessing.
Love a lot of the suggestions in the other comments, but to add my own that i havent seen mentioned yet: Jirachi - so many cool things they could do with this, its got an amazing movepool for a healing support kit. Sinistcha - some gen 9 representation and theres some cool potential concepts in its kit, and they could also do fun things with hospitality, maybe every time it casts a move it drains its own hp to give to an ally? And then it uses strength sap, matcha gotcha or life dew to get its hp back, and then you could have menento as an interesting ides to play with too. Roserade - i love debuffers. With aromatherapy, grassy terrain and ingrain theres potential for a healing concept, and then the other moveslot would be used for one of the plenty of debuffing options in its movepool.
Minun/Plusle as a supporter with helping hand as an attack. The attack gives your allies an attack and speed boost. A lot of other comments mentioned a bunch of awesome pokemon already so this might not be as much of an amazing idea as theirs, but I still think it'd be cool.
did 60k damage, tanked 80k and healed 89k with it (running exp s. focus band and buddy barrier. could not ever die and pushed with my team to the limit) yesterday. im a mime main, and this is one of my fav metas so far. feels so healthy. and i like this mime so much more than the mew meta back to when it was broken.
Extra info, it doesn’t just heal but it increases you allies movespeed by 8% and damage by 15%! If you throw it onto an enemy then those same buffs are reversed and become debuffs!
I think it'd be interesting to see Starmie as a healer. It gets recover, and I think it could also use Rapid Spin, and have a combo similar to Blastoise, with Recover being little raindrops that trickle down. Then it could have a more offensive set with something like Camouflage and Hydro Pump.
Butterfree with a dive heal would be nice, like talons brave bird but with a healing chunk, maybe leaving a powder trail that allies can walk into for a slow heal. Second move might be a razor leaf deciueye type gust, to push enemies away from you/healing trail.
I'd like to see Plusle and Minun as a support duo licence. Like Ice Climbers or Rosalina and Luma in Super Smash Bros. Gameplay would allow you to have one active and the other chasing after you. Like Falinks. You'd then be able to swap who's active with the interact button (the same button as Mew's move reset button). Plusle would have a healing boosted attacked while Minun gets shields when using its boosted. Move slot 2 would be either Helping Hand or Encore. Helping Hand - attach your passive partner to an ally pokemon in range or to yourself. They auto attack at the same enemy in range and their boosted attack provides the benefit to the attached mon. An attached Plusle provides move and attack speed bonus while Minun provides damage reduction and passive healing. Encore - has your partner run to a point in range and begin dancing and supporting in an area. Plusle provides a move and attack speed increase and grants lifesteal to allies in the area. Opponents build a charge that when Encore is used again, detonates and deals damage based on the charge built. Minun provides damage reduction and passive healing to allies. Opponents take damage over time and build a charge. When Encore is used again, the charge causes a debuff effect that increases in duration based on amount of charge built. Move slot 1 would be either Discharge or Volt Tackle. Discharge - launch a lightning bolt to a set point from both the active and passive mon. Any points the lightning bolts overlap causes an increase in damage. Targeting your passive partner while they use Encore causes all opponents in the area to gain max charge. Volt Tackle - dash to a point within range, dealing damage to any opponents you move through. Then you can use the move again, causing your passive partner to dash to you, also causing damage. If your passive partner is attached to you with Helping Hand, you can dash a second time yourself. I've thought an embarrassing amount about how this pokemon could work lol
toxapex as a defender with baneful bunker, acid armor, purify (signature move of pyukumuku) which can remove a debuff or heal a little, and icy wind to slow down opponents would be fun
They have a lot of choices for Pokemon that can heal, but another healer in the vein of Mime or Hoopa would be interesting where it isn't the primary purpose of the Pokemon. Swanna would be an interesting Support as it could learn Aqua Ring for healing but also other non-healing buffs like Tailwind or Rain Dance.
togekiss, could have roost and tickle as started set, then air slash or extreme speed as ranged attack then life dew as a heal attack or follow me that would force attacks on togekiss and not the target teammate. unite move could be similar to dragonite but heals teammates and gives sheilds from take off location and landing location.
I think Zarude would be a great support healer with Jungle Healing. It would be kinda funny to see a edgier Pokémon fill that role. It's other moveset could be Knock Off to disable held itens for a short time (imagine gutting an full-stacked AW... sweet). Milotic as a healer with Life Dew and Incineroar as a disrupter with Intimidate, Parting Shot & any VGC player's nightmares would also be cool.
A tanky support Meganium would be nice to see, hopefully she’d actually be useful unlike the mainline games lol. I could see her having Heal Pulse for a generic heal move, Leech Seed which could work like Tarics gems from League and connect to a teammate without having to be attached like Comfey, a move that could CC from Meganium and the tethered ally, probably just Grass Knot, and a solid damaging move in Petal Blizzard For its Unite Move you could give it something similar to a Blastoise with Frenzy Plant, but I’d like something different so we don’t have obnoxious team fights trying to avoid a Blastoise and Meganium Unite combo
I personally enjoy running Curse Incense as opposed to Slick Spoon on this build, as if I ever encounter any mon with self sustain (which feels like 50% of the roster at this point) or any healer (which is near guaranteed), I just Power Swap to them and they take 30% reduced healing from all sources. Side note, but it feels as if Mime was released today, Power Swap would be a sure hit. I kid you not I struggle hitting power swap more than Decidueye Arrow or Inteleon Snipe Shot.
I'd love to play as ribombee, I feel like they'd be a good support mon. But I struggle to think of how pollen puff would work if they wanted ribombee pollen puff to work differently from elde pollen puff.
Shuckle should be the next support using Berry juice as passive and doubling the heals he get from any berries for himself and the juice doubles heals he gives to allies.
Xerneas with Geomancy to boost all attacks and speed, Aromatherapy to shield allies from stat conditions, heal pulse to heal all allies in range, Draining Kiss like Power Swap; Also unite move - Tree of Life: Heals all allies to full heal with power ups.
I would like Lumineon as a Healing support. Lumineon could know aqua ring, whirlpool, tailwind, and safeguard for supporting moves. However what I would really like for a support is a character like Braum in league of legends. I would really like a support mon who can put up a shield that blocks incoming projectiles for a short time. Make Bastiodon that kind of support. His head is literally a shield. Iron Defense for the shield skill and protect lets him jump in front of nearby ally.
I ran him with spec attack specs wise glasses and rescue hood and with him fully stacked I was doing like 220 healing a tick , pretty great that’s almost a constant clefable heal
Favorite move is using psychic/power swap on enemy mon and scoring a whole team stun when they inevitably bunch together. To all my attackers, "Lunch is served!"

My image of shaymin is a Pokémon purely oriented toward support until it switches to sky forme. Passive ability: Growth - buffs sp.atk/atk, stacks up to 100, and gets used up with your next attack (like charging charm) Primary 1: Seed flare - aoe cleansing, long animation and cooldown Primary 2: Baton pass - gives all of shaymin’s growth, endure, and trailblaze stacks to a teammate. Secondary 1: Endure - buffs sp.def/def, stacks up to 10, lasts for 15 sec. Secondary 2: Trailblaze - small dash, buffs spd, stacks up to 10, lasts for 15 sec. UM: Shaymin switches to sky forme, all stats x1.5 except for hp. Moves change based on what move set you chose. UM Primary 1: Grassy terrain - aoe cleansing, slowly heals when in grassy terrain UM Primary 2: Leaf storm - projectile attack with small damage over time to opponents and prevents healing for 10 sec. What are you looking for in the character? Mimikyu plays the most like a speedster out of all the allrounders, and ceruledge plays a lot more brawly. In terms of strength mimikyu is probably the better mon right now.

liligant being a split evo could be interesting, with hisuian being an all rounder and normal being a supporter

Meloetta as a support using moves like sing to hinder opponents, and moved like safeguard or Heal pulse to help allies.

I think Miltank would be a great addition as a support/healer. Give it the moves Milk Drink/Heal Bell and Roll Out/Double Edge or Body Slam
Love a lot of the suggestions in the other comments, but to add my own that i havent seen mentioned yet:
Jirachi - so many cool things they could do with this, its got an amazing movepool for a healing support kit.
Sinistcha - some gen 9 representation and theres some cool potential concepts in its kit, and they could also do fun things with hospitality, maybe every time it casts a move it drains its own hp to give to an ally? And then it uses strength sap, matcha gotcha or life dew to get its hp back, and then you could have menento as an interesting ides to play with too.
Roserade - i love debuffers. With aromatherapy, grassy terrain and ingrain theres potential for a healing concept, and then the other moveslot would be used for one of the plenty of debuffing options in its movepool.
Love to see Shaymin with two forms as a healer pokemon😊

Minun/Plusle as a supporter with helping hand as an attack. The attack gives your allies an attack and speed boost.
A lot of other comments mentioned a bunch of awesome pokemon already so this might not be as much of an amazing idea as theirs, but I still think it'd be cool.

did 60k damage, tanked 80k and healed 89k with it (running exp s. focus band and buddy barrier. could not ever die and pushed with my team to the limit) yesterday. im a mime main, and this is one of my fav metas so far. feels so healthy. and i like this mime so much more than the mew meta back to when it was broken.
Extra info, it doesn’t just heal but it increases you allies movespeed by 8% and damage by 15%! If you throw it onto an enemy then those same buffs are reversed and become debuffs!
These are the types of matches that makes me come back to unite every now and then
I think it'd be interesting to see Starmie as a healer. It gets recover, and I think it could also use Rapid Spin, and have a combo similar to Blastoise, with Recover being little raindrops that trickle down. Then it could have a more offensive set with something like Camouflage and Hydro Pump.

Butterfree with a dive heal would be nice, like talons brave bird but with a healing chunk, maybe leaving a powder trail that allies can walk into for a slow heal. Second move might be a razor leaf deciueye type gust, to push enemies away from you/healing trail.
I'd like to see Plusle and Minun as a support duo licence. Like Ice Climbers or Rosalina and Luma in Super Smash Bros.
Gameplay would allow you to have one active and the other chasing after you. Like Falinks. You'd then be able to swap who's active with the interact button (the same button as Mew's move reset button).
Plusle would have a healing boosted attacked while Minun gets shields when using its boosted.
Move slot 2 would be either Helping Hand or Encore.
Helping Hand - attach your passive partner to an ally pokemon in range or to yourself. They auto attack at the same enemy in range and their boosted attack provides the benefit to the attached mon. An attached Plusle provides move and attack speed bonus while Minun provides damage reduction and passive healing.
Encore - has your partner run to a point in range and begin dancing and supporting in an area. Plusle provides a move and attack speed increase and grants lifesteal to allies in the area. Opponents build a charge that when Encore is used again, detonates and deals damage based on the charge built. Minun provides damage reduction and passive healing to allies. Opponents take damage over time and build a charge. When Encore is used again, the charge causes a debuff effect that increases in duration based on amount of charge built.
Move slot 1 would be either Discharge or Volt Tackle.
Discharge - launch a lightning bolt to a set point from both the active and passive mon. Any points the lightning bolts overlap causes an increase in damage. Targeting your passive partner while they use Encore causes all opponents in the area to gain max charge.
Volt Tackle - dash to a point within range, dealing damage to any opponents you move through. Then you can use the move again, causing your passive partner to dash to you, also causing damage. If your passive partner is attached to you with Helping Hand, you can dash a second time yourself.
I've thought an embarrassing amount about how this pokemon could work lol
toxapex as a defender with baneful bunker, acid armor, purify (signature move of pyukumuku) which can remove a debuff or heal a little, and icy wind to slow down opponents would be fun
They have a lot of choices for Pokemon that can heal, but another healer in the vein of Mime or Hoopa would be interesting where it isn't the primary purpose of the Pokemon.
Swanna would be an interesting Support as it could learn Aqua Ring for healing but also other non-healing buffs like Tailwind or Rain Dance.
Vaporeon as an Eeveeloution support with acid armor as a heal/armor similar to Eldegoss cotton guard, and then like a haze debuff cleanse

I could think Altaria would work as a result of effective healer, along with Whimsicott could work really well !
togekiss, could have roost and tickle as started set, then air slash or extreme speed as ranged attack then life dew as a heal attack or follow me that would force attacks on togekiss and not the target teammate. unite move could be similar to dragonite but heals teammates and gives sheilds from take off location and landing location.
I think Zarude would be a great support healer with Jungle Healing. It would be kinda funny to see a edgier Pokémon fill that role. It's other moveset could be Knock Off to disable held itens for a short time (imagine gutting an full-stacked AW... sweet).
Milotic as a healer with Life Dew and Incineroar as a disrupter with Intimidate, Parting Shot & any VGC player's nightmares would also be cool.
Supporter Tropius with the Banana Cyclone, raining healthy bananas from above
Primarina would be epic, Florges would be legit but Shaymin EX with 2 formes would be god tier for Pokemon unite❤❤❤

I could see her having Heal Pulse for a generic heal move, Leech Seed which could work like Tarics gems from League and connect to a teammate without having to be attached like Comfey, a move that could CC from Meganium and the tethered ally, probably just Grass Knot, and a solid damaging move in Petal Blizzard
For its Unite Move you could give it something similar to a Blastoise with Frenzy Plant, but I’d like something different so we don’t have obnoxious team fights trying to avoid a Blastoise and Meganium Unite combo
They should now make it a sure hut move like blissey.
I personally enjoy running Curse Incense as opposed to Slick Spoon on this build, as if I ever encounter any mon with self sustain (which feels like 50% of the roster at this point) or any healer (which is near guaranteed), I just Power Swap to them and they take 30% reduced healing from all sources. Side note, but it feels as if Mime was released today, Power Swap would be a sure hit. I kid you not I struggle hitting power swap more than Decidueye Arrow or Inteleon Snipe Shot.
I’d love to see Arboliva as a supporter. I could see something like Flash Cannon Dura but firing alternating damaging and healing shots.
I'd love to play as ribombee, I feel like they'd be a good support mon. But I struggle to think of how pollen puff would work if they wanted ribombee pollen puff to work differently from elde pollen puff.
Shuckle should be the next support using Berry juice as passive and doubling the heals he get from any berries for himself and the juice doubles heals he gives to allies.
Xerneas with Geomancy to boost all attacks and speed, Aromatherapy to shield allies from stat conditions, heal pulse to heal all allies in range, Draining Kiss like Power Swap; Also unite move - Tree of Life: Heals all allies to full heal with power ups.

I would like Lumineon as a Healing support. Lumineon could know aqua ring, whirlpool, tailwind, and safeguard for supporting moves. However what I would really like for a support is a character like Braum in league of legends. I would really like a support mon who can put up a shield that blocks incoming projectiles for a short time. Make Bastiodon that kind of support. His head is literally a shield. Iron Defense for the shield skill and protect lets him jump in front of nearby ally.
Lowkey Meganium would be really cool as a healer support
Alolamola would be cool to add for healing and support
Mr. Mime's special move should be granting him a shield and the ability to immune the stuns and hindrance effects of enemies pokemon
a few water types would make great healers audino would be cool as well but id love to bring quagsire in as a defender that could heal like umbreon

I ran him with spec attack specs wise glasses and rescue hood and with him fully stacked I was doing like 220 healing a tick , pretty great that’s almost a constant clefable heal

My image of shaymin is a Pokémon purely oriented toward support until it switches to sky forme.
Passive ability: Growth - buffs sp.atk/atk, stacks up to 100, and gets used up with your next attack (like charging charm)
Primary 1: Seed flare - aoe cleansing, long animation and cooldown
Primary 2: Baton pass - gives all of shaymin’s growth, endure, and trailblaze stacks to a teammate.
Secondary 1: Endure - buffs sp.def/def, stacks up to 10, lasts for 15 sec.
Secondary 2: Trailblaze - small dash, buffs spd, stacks up to 10, lasts for 15 sec.
UM: Shaymin switches to sky forme, all stats x1.5 except for hp. Moves change based on what move set you chose.
UM Primary 1: Grassy terrain - aoe cleansing, slowly heals when in grassy terrain
UM Primary 2: Leaf storm - projectile attack with small damage over time to opponents and prevents healing for 10 sec.

What are you looking for in the character? Mimikyu plays the most like a speedster out of all the allrounders, and ceruledge plays a lot more brawly. In terms of strength mimikyu is probably the better mon right now.
