I googled it and came up with some rather expensive stuff that I wouldn't let kids in the same room with, let alone let them use it for their projects!!

Idk if u r aware - Simon Says Stamp is gradually coming out with dies that match some of the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz stamps - they r pricey, but they r very nice! I enjoyed this - TFS.

Aww thank you so much, yes I love black splats too I used black a lot in my art journal but this piece was calling for white I'm half way through season 2 and I'm absolutely obsessed with it 🥰

You could have started with a plainer bottom sheet since you covered it almost entirely. I thought the whole thing looked great with three pieces - sugar paper, printed poem & butterfly. I could have accepted the smaller piece of cheesecloth, but absolutely stop there. Can, will you explain your reasoning of covering so much of the base layer?
I could of definitely stopped there your right but where's the fun in that, what does it matter that it's covered up or I used to much cheesecloth Art is what you want it to be no rules no restrictions I start a process and let my imagination take me wherever it's wants to and if that means covering the base layer then that's what I'll do and I like that the bits that show through look amazing. What is your reasoning as to why you'd would stop at 3 pieces ?

Have you done an Asian/ Chinoiserie themed journal? I'd love to see any that have been made as I am compiling ephemera and papers suitable. I would cut the long joined up number stamp apart so you had separate numbers. They are tools not jewel’s! 😂
