I was lucky enough to be at that concert. heavily pregnant. My son will be thirty in 2019. Where has the time gone. It was a wonderful concert. Love Luther.

April 1989 our first luther concert aswell lucky enough to see him five more times up to the last one 5th November 02 in Sheffield what a voice faultless
I was there too. It was my second Luther concert. Saw him also on 1987, 1993 and 1995; this was my favourite - "Superstar" was the highlight.

Let me tell u 'bout my immense love for Luther...Started listening to him 25 years ago in college. Some of my friends thought it was depressing music & yes I was depressed then but in the past few years I have learnt to be in a celebratory mood when listening to soul music in general. I gush over his hot looks, I'm obsessed 'bout everything; his eyes & lips, he's my Teddy bear. First thing in the morning I listen to his music, (if there no work pressure). The videos where he dances, I go insane! Every sound & note he hits resonates with me. When he hits those high notes, I die a little...I love him. ❤
Watching this as a little girl back in the day and seeing these stunning and glamorous women; watching them spin in their long beautiful dresses had me mesmerized. Their class and elegance were so captivating! SO REGAL! ...thinking back at the dress I wore for prom, now, I can see where the influence came from. Lol.
