Jazak Allah. Though this is a very smart question and some sensible people will be able to see that you are asking the question to show that there is critical problem in this flawed approach and Muslims have not put the responsibility of governance on women but for masses sarcasm may not be the right way of addressing the issue.
Your question is very pertinent. The answer obviously is “no” That would be against Qur’an (4:34). I am truly disappointed in some Muslims trying to mold Islam as per the current Western values. The questioner who seems to be overwhelmed by the western values wanted to hear exactly that. Hassan saahab should have schooled him. Unfortunately, he did not and chose to satisfied him.

Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.

If my wife is the pm of my country, she is doing a more extensive job, and it most important, doesn't matter if she misses my meals

If the constitution is based on Qur’an, then only a Muslim can be a head of state since a non-Muslim does not believe in or accept Qur’an as the final authority.

Hazrat Aisha wept for the rest of her life over it and did istighfaar. Saahaba made lots of mistakes. They were not angels. They were human and not even every Sahaba was at the same level of piety. A mistake is a mistake, no matter who makes it. In Qur’an Allah has taken to task our beloved Prophet sallallahu alaihi wassallam (for ignoring the blind questioner and swearing that he would not touch something that Allah had allowed). If the Prophet (who was also a human) could make mistakes, how can the sahaaba be free from mistakes?
If your logic is right and corect then as charity begins at home, make your moizin, immam and house- head women .

isn't it enough to extract the meaning that Women can't be caretakers/head of state.

Shura can be done with women, but is there a any evidence for advocating women rulers? There may be some outliers in specific and unusual situations, but is it the mainstream?

bhai hadith is very clear ... if you feel ashamed then quit your religion rather than trying to twist the facts and trying to change the islam. and now if you want to challenge the authenticity of adadith ... .then the prediction of hazrat muhammad which you are talking about actually also comes through a hadith which was recorded at least 200 years after the event ... so how can you count it as authentic ?

بنیادی طور پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے انسان کی نسلی ، انفرادی اور اجتماعی نظام کو کامیابی سے چلانے کے لیے دو جنس پیدا فرمائے اور ان کی جنسی خصوصیات اور مجبوریوں کا لحاظ کرتے ہوئے ان کی ذمہ داریاں لگادیں جو کہ عین حکمت کا تقاضا بھی ہے اس میں نہ کسی جنس کی ابتری اور بہتری کا سوال ہے اور نہ ہی فضیلت اور عدم فضیلت کا ۔۔۔ اس کے لیے تو واضح اصول موجود ہے ۔۔۔ ان اکرمکم عند اللہ اتقاکم ۔۔۔۔۔
عورت کی حکمرانی کے عدم جواز پر علمائے احناف، مالکیہ، شوافع، حنابلہ، جعفریہ، زیدیہ، ایباضیہ، وغیرہ کا اجماع ہے۔
ذرا ہمت کریں اور صحابیِ رسول کا فہم لے لیں۔ حضرت ابوبکرہ رضي الله عنه نے اس حدیث کا تب تذکرہ کیا جب سیدہ عائشہ رضي الله عنها مولا علی کرم الله وجهه کے خلاف جنگ کرنے جارہی تھیں۔ کیونکہ انہیں یقین تھا کہ جس لشکر کی سربراہی ایک عورت کر رہی ہے، اس کا مقدر شکست ہی ہوگی۔
