I had a great time living at woodsworth residence at uoft! I hope you all enjoyed the mini vlog and room tour :))
I actually moved out of residence early, so I no longer will be staying there, these are the clips from my time there during sept-nov 2021.

Hi thanks for the information vlog. I got accepted to UTSG and is awaiting for a residence offer in woodsworth. One question is, did you buy the air-frier from Korea and took it to the school or did you buy it in Canada? (I just assumed Korea as you talked about daiso haha) As woodsworth does not have any meal plan, are you cooking for yourself everyday? Have a nice summer!
Congrats on the acceptance!! I got the air fryer online but I don’t think it’s exactly from Korea. Woodsworth res has a really nice kitchen so I try to cook as much as I can. I know a lot of my friends who orders food as well, it’s all up to ur personal preferences and the amount of time u have :)) have a great summer too!
Hi! Thanks for this tour vlog of Woodsworth! I was recently offered admission to Trinity college but because I'm an upper year student, I'm put on a waitlist for residences. I was wondering if you know about whether it would be alright for me to apply to Woodsworth Residence even though I'm a part of Trinity College?
I think anyone can apply to woodsworth and if I remember correctly, woodsworth is one of the easier res to get into! My friend at Trinity college actually told me she would’ve preferred a different res since she didn’t like the shared room style as much at Trinity :((
Hi, I will be joining University of Toronto, Woodsworth College from fall 2022. I read that Woodsworth residence doesn’t have a meal plan. So how does that work out? Do you always have to either cook on your own in the kitchen and buy food from outside or does Woodsworth residence provide some food?
Also how much of a hassle is it to go to another residence to eat?
Secondally, how was your overall experience at Woodsworth residence?
Hi Congrats on the offer! For me, not having a meal plan wasn't really an issue since I prefer cooking on my own. If you do want to get a meal plan I would suggest ordering takeout (which a lot of students at Woodsworth do) since the other college cafeterias are all walking distances away but not exactly close by. I really love how we had our own room and kitchen and the location was great and pretty close to all of my classes! Hope this helps :))

Hi, I just luckily got accepted to kinesiology in uoft! And I’m wondering is there an possible for me to live in woodsworth? It seems that residence allocation is randomly ? lol
Hey Congrats on the acceptance! If I remember correctly, I think the kinesiology building is not far away from Woodsworth res. For me, I got to choose woodsworth as my college and ranked the res as my top choice, I think it might work similarly for ur res choice!

I'm looking into UofT as my main choice for University once I graduate in 2023 and was wondering about the price of the dorms here, as well as if you can request to be in the same room as one of your friends? This would help a lot, thank you!
The price for each dorm is different (as most have an additional fee for meal plans) but at woodsworth it’s around ~$5300 per term (it might change each year). They gave us a form to fill out if we want to request a specific suitemate before room assignment!! Hope this helps :))

Hi I got accepted to UfT in Scarborough but I still don’t understand so much about how the residence work cuz I want to to live alone in apartment style dorm by idk like do I have to share the kitchen and other tuff outside my room with other students or I will have my own one?
this is utsg, so im not sure if op can help much w that, but at utsc u don't have to share a bedroom (there are single and shared bedroom options available), but u do have to share a kitchen, living space, and dining room

I’m not too sure about this, but I know the rooms are for designed one person!! Maybe u can email the residence email at woodsworth?
