Winter is upon us and now that I'm back on the East Coast I can fully embrace this cooler weather. And what better way than to wear my favorite knitwear from Emmy Design. No one does vintage style knitwear better than Emmy Design and when I was asked to do another collaboration with them, I jumped at the chance to show off these vintage style outfits from their Autumn/Winter 2021 collection.
Emmy does an amazing job designing authentic vintage style clothing and they are a size inclusive company. So if you are a plus size gal like myself, you are sure to find some beautiful items.

ohh you are rocking emmy Design outfits. I love love love emmy design. They are one of my favorit brand. But they expensive . So i save up and treat myself with one max. two items pr year and when I receive them it is like Christmas. Best time of the year.😀

Beautiful look book, I absolutely love this format, and you nail the atmosphere every time. Relaxing music, interesting shots (I’m assuming hubby is the photographer? ....very artistic tell him if so 😉) Living in the UK I’m not sure we can get Emmy designs over here, however I have some very similar items in my wardrobe so thank you for the inspiration, it gives me more ideas to work with for every day winter outfits. X X
You can get Emmy designs here. Either from the Swedish site or from Revival Retro. While they closed the shop in London, they still trade online. I bet though they're probably very similar in style to your vintage ones.

You look great as always ! I love their knitwear and they are really nice, but they are so expensive :( I know quality has its price, but with shipping they are even more expensive. I have to order them in Sweden because I don't know any store here in Germany that sells the stuff, at least the ones I want, in my size. I have the Screen Siren Cardigan from them and I love it so much! The other day I wanted to buy the Skater Cardigan in chocolate through their store in Sweden, but because of the price I waited too long ... and when I finally could afford it, it was sold out in my size .... I could cry :(
I’m sorry you feel that way. I obviously don’t set their prices, but their garments are designed to last and they aren’t fast fashion. They are good quality, long lasting garments. I’m just trying to support a women owned small business and I believe in what they are making.
I live in the US and most vintage reproduction companies are in the UK and Europe, so I know that shipping can be an issue, but most companies, including Emmy offer free shipping over a certain amount.
@@TheGlambassador I know. As I said good quality has it's price and I know the cargdigan is a well made and long lasting piece of cloth. But 200 € , Shipping costs included , for an clothing item is a lot of money for me. Wenn ich die Jacke hier kaufen könnte würde ich weitaus weniger zahlen 😉Wenn ich mir dann noch ne Hose oder ne Weste dazu kaufe bin ich locker bei 400 €... Das ist ne Menge Geld da bin ich dann doch etwas zu geizig 😷🙈 und ich gebe auch gerne mal viel für gute Kleidung aus. Aber immer geht das leider nicht. Du supportest sie ja auch mit deiner Werbung, deinem Lookbook, und bekommst auch Kleidungsstücke umsonst von Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt dafür, oder habe ich das falsch verstanden? Mir sponsert die leider niemand.... 🤷

I wear my ice skater cardigan in mustard probably the most of all of them. I also love the blouse and the good old grandpa pants.
I'm curious how you find the fit of Emmy's shirts? I love their look but I'm at the top of the size range and worried about gapping.
I haven't had any issues with gapping myself. I'm also at the top size. But I usually sew all of my button down shirts so I never have to deal with it even if I have weight fluctuations.
@@TheGlambassador Ooooh, do you have any favorite patterns? I love sewing but I struggle to find the patterns I want in sizes that function.
