@@Talhajaan the default speed limit applies where there are no signs up. So if there are street lights and no signs, 30. No street lights, no signs, 60. Everywhere else will have a sign up on a lamp post (20, 40, 50, 60)
In my opinion always better to keep the speed at 29 Mph . It's better to risk, getting multiple minors by hitting 27 or below than getting a single major fault and handling those gruesome waiting times until the next test.
@@arun1paladin absolutely. This candidate's international licence has expired so they can't legally drive alone on the road now. Thing is, they didn't know this road was 40 originally. Not too sure why they chose to go faster tbh.

When is it most quiet in blyth? what time was this test took and what day, would be much help. thanks
