Nicely done? Great to hear from another 390 owner and I agree the Radius X is a very nice addition. Also agree 100% on the autoclutch debate. Who cares, if it makes your riding experience better, then go for it! Looking forward to more of your 390 videos!

Is it hard to add a kick start to this bike and do they have a kit to add it ? If so how much is the kit ?

Just a side note, the 2017 has a slightly different clutch and there are no drive pins like the '18. Otherwise, install the same

This is great, I think I will be getting this setup. What gearing do you go with the recluse on the 390? Seems like you can get away with the 15 tooth with the recluse on the trails.

Thank you for the video, I used it as a reference. I installed Radius X on my YZ450F
bike is in neutral, I can rev it up to 5K and test clutch free play, it's up to spec
when bike is in 1st gear, bike starts moving at ~2.5K+ I assume this is correct and this is how auto clutch supposed to work
when bike is in 1st gear, and I pull in clutch all the way, bike starts moving at ~2.5K. It doesn't seem right.
    any suggestions?

Can you sit at idle in gear without pulling in the clutch lever and start and stop also?

Very nice job. Do you think that this would Fit in my 2017 430 RR? They offer me the radius cx, but ir works with the rekluse lid that Is thiker, and does not say beta on it. I would like to keep the oem lid, just like you did. Thanks for everything!

When the line is too tight to fit on the nipple I use a lighter and heat up the tip of the line then put it on. Once its on and cools it forms to the shape u need. Neat trick I do.

Thanks for the video. What color springs did you use? Mine came with 3 silver and 3 red springs installed in the EXP disc. The manual calls that the "low" engagement setting. "Medium" engagement setting is six red springs. The manual says:
"Note:** It has been found that some Beta 4-Stroke models
have a high “hanging idle” which can make it more difficult to
tune the EXP disk. Additional spring settings have been
included to offer further tuning options if needed. The higher the engine idle, the higher the EXP engagement setting will
    need to be to compensate."
So I am tempted to install six red springs.
By the way, my 390 RR-S stalls way too easily in slow technical terrain. Thus, I am installing the Rekluse RadiusX clutch. Really hated to spend the money just so my bike wouldn't stall.

I was surprised about the stalling too. Read a bunch of reviews before buying the 390 RR-S, and nearly all said it was nearly stall proof. That definitely was not my experience. It stalled much easier than my KTM 350 4-stroke. It also stalled much easier than my 250 RR, but that was a carbed 2-stroke, so not a fair comparison. I had a couple of tipovers at very inopportune times due to stalling. I had the dealer up the idle on the map, but no dice. Well, no matter now that I've got the Rekluse RadiusX.
I was also surprised by the poor fuel economy - again compared to the KTM 350. I couldn't get more than 50 miles out of the stock 2 gallon tank on the 390. Solved that with 3 gallon tank. All good now.

Thanks for the information. We've not got our Radius X yet so I couldn't figure out the external adjustment feature. Our 02 project CR doesn't have hydraulic clutch, (duhh) so that won't work for us.
