I saw Supertramp in Madison, Wisconsin in 1977, and Alpine Valley, Wisconsin in 1979, and Mister Roger Hodgson at Northern Lights Theater at Potawatomi in Milwaukee fall of 2017 and 2018. This is a worthy tribute to the Supertramp experience!
Couldn’t have done it any better myself. Well done. Supertramp is so dear to me even at my younger age, and this is up there with my appreciation for the originals. Keep it up y’all.
La musique ne nous aura pas beaucoup servi de rock pur mixé à du Jazz sur un move bien groovy. Celui-ci est la perle en la matière. Pas mal du tout et surtout bons musiciens ici BRAVO
Featuring a casual Paul Dano on saxophone, who allegedly took a break from Batman shoot to record Supertramp cover. Fancy! Jokes aside, a fair cover, chaps! I only missed QUITE RIGHT shout in the chorus. Apparently, Mr. Dano was not satisfied with his John Helliwell impersonation (the megaphone part).
Hey! Thanks for the comment! Start with the Wurlitzer 2 XL, ‘Mid’ voice setting, Tremolo set in just about the middle position of the rotary knob, 0.3/0.4 distortion on the amp section (using just the distortion setting), barely noticeable delay, stage reverb to taste, and then accentuate the mids wIth EQ. Now, I should mention that I honestly cannot remember if I used the Nord’s sound for this video or if I MIDI’d to Keyscape…
Freaking IMPRESSED!! These guys are great!!! Very talented musicians, the whole bunch of them!!

Lucky. I was only 5 is '77. The thing I like about a good cover is that you realize just how talented the original musicians and songwriters were.
Right! Bloody well right!
Great guys! 👍
Great musicianship by all! Horns are a nice addition to this fantastic song from a past era. Mix is spot on. Love it!
Holy crap - that was sick!!
Great!
Thanks also to Rick Davies, he’s a genius!
Superbe 😊
I'll take two of everything.. nice music.. store.. well done... ♪
Love how these guys just walk into the local Guitar Center and start re-recording a classic like it's nothing
It's in Canada: it's likely a Long and McQuade's with that orange border.

Sounding great Devon and crew.

OMG better than the original!
Thank you for the praise! But! We whole heartedly disagree :) :) :)

Probably the most random comment we've ever received... but we loved every minute of it.
What settings did you use on the Nord Grand?? Can never get my Wurli on my Grand to sound any good! Nice job!
