- A group of us climbed the highest peak in England on Saturday 8th October 2022 (11am - 5pm) to raise money for those affected by the floods in Pakistan.
This was a very challenging climb and one of the hardest things we have done! However we completed the climb and got back down in 5 hours!
As of making this video we have raised over £3200! Thank you!

I'm climbing this in April and honestly I think this video gives me the most true reflection on how difficult it can be. Top effort lads
Thank you so much. I was very unfit and have bad knees therefore struggled a lot. My advice would be to carry minimal weight with you and have a few energy bars to hand. I wish you the best of luck with your climb!

@@M3EVOpower Hey, Both Snowdon and Ben Nevis are tough climbs but in all fairness I did Snowdon about 11 yrs ago just sfter being diagnosed as type 1 diabetic and I was very unfit, I found it a real struggle, fast forward and in August myself along with a close friend climbed Ben Nevis, I found going up really good going but coming down was really hard for me... Be good to see your Snowdon climb, I am looking at doing the tree peaks next year over three days... 9i need to recover).
@@k18lpy Yes agree, coming down was very taxing on the legs! I would love to complete the 3 peaks but couldn't do it without a break in between 🙂I will definitely film the next climb and hopefully do a better video for youtube lol. Best of luck with your climbing.
Climbing Scarfell Pike from Wasdale is the steepest route, but the shortest route, for a gentler gradient try it from Borrowdale but as a drawback the route is longer. I have done this carrying 30KG Backpack and a 5kg camera bag. Tony the Retired Hiker in Essex
