Same here. I assumed that since the health bar was constantly draining, 'death' was inevitable, but clearly it doesn't drain completely. I just got wrecked by the last of the blue ring guy. (hadn't played the game for over a year so was pretty rusty).

After getting murdered over and over and over I realized most enemies are prone to the Gale Force skill so I like to force them into any kind of opening or shoot them clean off the map.
I didn't even know the red health bar was a thing. The highest I've ever seen is purple
You should try what I was doing with the berserkers. Red bar challenge, keep level 1 on everything and take them on. One hit death but 200,000 hits on them 😂

Usually enemies have red health bar that are like 4 levels above Kratos.
If Kratos is level 1 then:
- level 2 enemy will have orange bar
- level 3 enemy will have purple bar
- level 4 enemy will have purple bar and a skull
- level 5 will have red bar and skull
If you can dodge a drauger you can dodge ball!!! Good show!!!

Idk if this is all that helpful but I found that if you use the spear, you can use it to take on the property of whoever youre fighting. Makes it really good when you have bifrost. It also gives you resistance to that element.
If you don’t want to stop every time you use the frost awakening, you can just hold A while running. Just a little helpful tip :)
this makes sense to the plot, The god of war won't fall in battle so easily.
Also kratos has healing power.. don't know why people forget that, he can literally heal himself to 100% in a second

Kratos was basically killed by Thor 10 mins into the game if not for Thor using Mjlonir to return his pulse but kratos died many times in previous games.

So Kratos and Freya do have some sort of...intimate relationship forming is what I'm gathering. The dialogue speaking about their relationship is really the only thing new that I haven't heard before. I guess you can only hear this dialogue if you survive the start of Valhalla.

@josesaravia-perez7914 possibly. But I haven't seen the dialogue in this video specifically talking about kratos & freya's relationship in any gameplays that I've seen. He talks about what freya asks of him after the chair but mimir and him don't comment about their pairing and unrequited love.

@@user-kw7nb8tx1z it’s a dumb point, I prefer when the therapy is part of the journey not the actual journey itself. Like take last of us for example, Joel going on his journey to find the cure was his therapy for losing his daughter, gow 2018, spreading his wife’s ashes was the therapy for connecting with his son and dealing with his past (the sequel did a good job doing it again) black ops 1 had a good twist on this with mason actually getting “shock therapy” and using the interrogation as an excuse to just make the game flash backs. Shit even I ninja for the ps2 had the protagonist deal with his dead sensei and have him slowly accept what has happened and that’s a dumb hack and slash game basically. It’s just after seeing how god gow 2018 and ragnarok was it feels like a huge cope out to just have the dlc be a legit therapy session for gods. Everything they did in the dlc was cool don’t get me wrong, but if they just cut out the “it’s therapy time kratos” element and let kratos decide what he done was wrong or good (idk I don’t like the idea of justifying his actions but if he finds a new perspective on it that’s completely fine too but) it would just hit a lot more than týr saying “it’s okay you killed that boat captain, it’s okay you gave your soul to a god, it’s okay you chopped off an annoying gods head when you didn’t need too, you brought the sun back :D” imagine they did the dlc how they did but kratos’s motivation was simple like “i am the new god here I need to learn more about this realm” shows his tactical Roman background while showing small amount of care for the people here, and have small dialog of him and mimir like “I’m concerned all gods are bad” and mimir brings up reasons on why it’s not true, and tells him about how Valhalla works, it’s a place where dead soldiers go and I’ve never been inside, they learn more when helios joins in, throw in more of his daughter and ex wife too and screw it keep the idea of only people who died can enter it alive rule cuz I lowkey think that’s a good one. And boom have it end with how it does in the dlc with kratos finally making it to the door and have his cutscene of hope. Shit man even put the dumb headaches in the reset id think making the door get further away the closer he gets like an endless hall is better but screw it. I guess it’s just my opinion but I think it would have been a lot better if they just don’t double down on the therapy being in your face, it just seems weird having it come from týr because we and kratos have been seeing a fake one the whole game, I guess týr is just smart enough to know kratos but it just seems thrown together by the staff, underwhelming I suppose idk call me dumb but the story of the dlc was mid
