The inter point of Godzilla in hell 4 is that Godzilla is in a infinite death lop meaning that hes dieing and being brought back to life to torcher him so yes Godzilla did die to the building.

You forgot that Godzilla in hell has five different writers and in powerscaling the hole point is to find the most consistent power level for a character and Godzilla in hells power level isn't consistent enough to be some outerversaly being. If you look at the 3 comic Godzilla doesn't even destroy the god mountains he just destroys the entrance. The only thing that would put Godzilla in hell at that level would be a writer statement saying he destroyed the mountain but even then that's one of five writers and if you actually read through the series you will see that Godzilla in hell never comes close to outerversaly in comics 1,2,4 and 5 it's only in three and when four out of 5 of the comics protray Godzilla as far lower than outerversaly that its pretty clear that Godzilla is not at that power level

Some of them even being the ones who worked on issue 3 itself. Even then God Demon (the entity in issue 5) is already stated stronger than God Mountain who Godzilla kills

For example I can make a statement saying that a grizzly bear is stronger than a trex, ok cool but is there anything in real life that backs up a trex being weaker than a bear no. And it's the same for Godzilla in hell he can have all the statements he wants but he had to actually show he's at that power level and in the comic all you see is his atomic breath destroying the portal to the god mountain not the actually mountain being destroyed itself. And yet again it's with consistency like in the four comic when Godzilla dies to a building and gets brought back by the infinite death lop now I'm not saying that Godzilla in hell is building level but I'm saying that Godzilla in hells power is never consistent enough to support outerversaly like how did Godzilla get knocked over by a rock slide or die to a building and so one.
