I can’t believe this channel has 25k subscribers. John Caparulo is my absolute favorite comedian! I put him over Prior, Murphy (both), ron white, all of them! I really appreciate the recap, and the scare crow bit was hilarious! Btw munchkins can’t rape! They can only try…
How people can get upset about what a comedian say. U pay to see and hear that is only a joke , if u don't like hear that simple. " don't go" btw. Jonh capurulo funny as hell love this guy
Agreed. You know what the guys stand-up jokes are. You pay to see his show. Deal with the humor, laugh, and don't be offended. He's not changing his bits to compensate your insecurities. I love John. I think he's one of the better comedians we've had in a long time. RIP Ralphy May.
Glad To see John is still performing. People are TOOOO sensitive these days. I thought the skit was funny and I am a woman. Keep the great perspective you have John. Hope to see you in person someday
This is his wife?!! I LOVE her! Cap... keep doin what you’re doin! Humor is subjective and that would make any comedian feel like they’re walking on eggshells... BUT the majority of the time your making people laugh! Don’t let those negative 2%ers ruin it for everyone else!!! Takes talent to get in front of a crowd full of strangers and solely be their source of entertainment.
I hate killing big spiders, I feel like they're gonna talk back or something like if I stomp on it and lift my foot it won't be dead, it'll be like 'how dare you try to kill me' and come waddling uncomfortably fast at me
I mean whether or not the jokes were funny, just depends on the audience. Everything about comedy is subjective. But I think the real show of skill was how he lost the crowd with the munchkin rape joke, and then was able to get them back. He was able to move on and not let it really ruin the rest of his set.
Oh I'm there with you. It's the strangest thing I see in this culture it's people romanticize victimhood to the point where THAT'S making me uncomfortable. I'm not going to pretend it should be everyone's method of dealing with pain, tragedy, or hardships in general, but for me: Laughter is my personal philosophy of how to conquer some things.
jaydoggy531. "people romanticize victimhood..." really? that's what victims of rape do? "romanticize it"? i'm beginning to think your claim to have been the "victim" of sexual assault is pure bullshit.
Hello, Tom. I understand as I said in my post that my view is not for everyone. But it's something I see from so many. And yes, it's become what I think is this odd sense of nobility - it's not, it's a horrible thing, and it's not easy to overcome. I didn't say victims romanticize it. However, in my PERSONAL view and opinion of seeing it around me: non-victims who talk ABOUT victims, put them on this metaphorical pedestal. It makes me feel uncomfortable how much people seem to have this almost praise for victims. I don't want to be praised, because I don't want it to be something that defines me. Unfortunately, you also ascribe to the idea that someone needs to be the right kind of victim. I'm not going to pretend I'm a role-model, but laughter and dryness is my personal attitude to many things. But please, do not tell a victim there's a wrong way to be. The only time there's a wrong way to deal with it is when it's self destructive such as drugs and violence, or when one tells another how to be the right kind of victim, or assuming they're not a victim because they don't fall into your personal category of what their feelings should be.
Munch-kin rape IS funny............sure.....sure..........Ya gotta wrap "em in Electricians Tape first. Mosty, so they don't explode.........or...........tell.
Been following you for a long time John and i think you are funny as shit. The munchkin rape bit was funny i got it👍👍 and as a person who was bitten by a brown recluse spider and almost died days later for not taking the bite seriously... I found the tarantula bit funny too.👍👍 people need to just lighten up and live a little youre at a comedy club and the comedian is telling jokes about life in general... Not about your personal life. Thats whats wrong with the world now a days everyone wants it to be all about them and it isnt youre only one person in a sea of billions of others get over yourself
Auburn rolls the trees with toilet paper after wins. Because of a radio interview from the 70s I believe Alabama was number 2 at the time and I don't remember the quote about what the player said but it was something like we're going to wipe our butts with the number 2. It's Toomers corner named after Toomers drug store across the street from the trees and cost millions to replace full grown oak trees that weren't as big as the ones that were poisoned. I believe that story is in war eagle roll tide about the number 2 story.
Why do people get mad about what a comedian says? That is so damn stupid. That is their job is to say things like that. People are such crybabies, stay home and dont go to a comedy club or watch them if hurts your fucking tender little feelings.
Good job, but supposedly the Wizard of Oz is about the Kansas City Federal Reserve. You could probably pretend not to know about that and still make it funny. This might make your next viewing of Oz more interesting. I really don't expect you to read, though. And if you hate flies get another tarantula! Don't they eat flies? I didn't wikipedia that. Maybe they eat people. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_interpretations_of_The_Wonderful_Wizard_of_Oz

As a victim of a sexual assault, let me say: rape jokes ARE funny! And anyone who says otherwise is still letting themselves be kept down.

Does anyone else not realize that humor originates in some pretty dark places? Rape is some pretty dark shit. Just saying.

Personally, I consider munchkin sodomy a much more serious offense. But hey that's just me.
