Just a recommendation but when mounting the scope, get the rings as far apart as you can on the rail to where the rear ring is about 1/8 of an inch from the end of the tube at the eye piece and the forward ring about a 1/4" from the bell. I did the same thing when I bought 3 Talley Tikka rails from Ebay. Had no idea they were longer than the action. I put them back in their package. I need to sell them or get someone to cut them like you did. Went to Cabela's and got the Leupold brand. I use the Wheeler scope levelers when mounting the scope. I put a short bipod that pivots on the stock and set up the buttstock on a shooting bag. First I level the rifle with the small level on the rail and the barrel level about 3" from the muzzle. Once those match I put the rings on, then set the scope. I then put the small level on top of the scope turret and gently snug only 2 screws in ONE ring at the SAME time with the little allen/star key that comes with the rings. This is after I get the scope in the best position for eye relief. If you snug two opposing screws at the same time, the levels typically won't move. Once I verify it's level, I snug up the remaining screws, then torque them to spec. I also have a shorter LOP

Very nice! I just ordered the same rifle but in 6.5 PRC. One thing I am confused about, is if it's the same exact stock as a regular Tikka T3x Lite and simply coated in Roughtech finish, or if it's a different stock altogether. I've heard the regular ones feel kinda cheap, while these feel more solid.

Same stick with just a coating?
Or a stiffer stock stock altogether?
@@llamawizard I think in addition to the coating that the inside is filled with a type of foam. It's supposed to feel more solid, where as the basic tikka stock some say feels kinda cheap and hollow.

This 20 inch barrel?
22.4”. The website incorrectly gives two options, but it’s only available in a 22.4” barrel.
