Greta, Trader Joe's is the best! 👍 I am not a pumpkin girl, but I love the seasonal Gluten Free Cornbread Mix. I sometimes add black jalapeños for a little heat since it has a nice sweetness. Otherwise, I make it as is and put jams and jellies on it. Do a full on Trader Joe's haul video, girl! 😉
It would probably have the same end product, but making a well and mixing it in slowly means the wet ingredients have less surface area on the dry ingredients. It’s just makes it easier to mix together without over mixing xx
