Should be noted that 5 hearts in response tp 4NT shows 2 or all key cards No Queen, where 5 Spades says 2 or all keycards with the queen you may ask, then why would responder bid 4NT, I don't know either but my partner asked me, he ended up passing my 5 heart reply and we made the Grand, but were in 5 hearts lol

Can you explain why you’d only reply 6 hearts if you are holding all 5 key cards between you ?
If many 4 bids how do you know which suit the 4nt applies to?
It applies when you agree a suit. So 1h 4h 4nt is blackwood. 1h 3h 4nt is blackwood. 1h 2c 2d 2h 4nt is blackwood. Hope that helps!

normally your partner won't be asking if they have none :)
The first example will get you a poor score. You have 7nt cold, and wise players will bid that.
