- Star Wars FAILURE at Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World. We went to the new lightsaber meet up at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. We ate new Disney World 2023 snacks like Lightsaber Churro. We tried to go to Star Wars Launch Bay but it was closed.

I went to Hollywood Studios all the time but it’s a mess now. It’s too bad they didn’t build it where Animal Kingdom is and had a 1920’s themed Hollywood Hotel next to it. Universal rocks.😊

Woof, that's so bad. Those seats are worse than my local Cineplex by far. I'd be so mad to have paid as much as Disney World costs and find that much disrepair. Even Tron, which is brand new technically, looks worn and run down already. Six Flags has nicer looking parks! They're milking fan nostalgia, and it's keeping the crowds up, but that font isn't bottomless...

When we were there in the summer we were so depressed by the state of DHS. The fact that it’s the park in worst shape while EPCOT is an under construction mess just shows how low Disney have fallen. Zero pride, bad show.

I so miss Star Wars weekends there too. There were so many characters they provided and 501st there. Loved going as a Guest and working at the park during it. They still could have it.
@@lburket23 same here, not even a farewell. It was months later when they made a announcement of stopping it. All the parks have events except for Studios because of this.
Working on Sunset Boulevard at Hollywood Studios it makes me happy that you’re calling Disney (and other company’s) out on things that should and could be better. Sure you have negative things to say but someone has to do it! Love your videos, keep ‘em coming!
Kevin you’re telling it like it is. There is no sugarcoating this situation with Disney not cleaning up the parks and maintenance. Nothing but cover-up throw bushes in front of, dim the lights more maybe people won’t see the dust thread, baron seats? Thank you, Kevin.
Thank you for the real content. I haven’t been an AP at Disney since 2019. And unfortunately Disney is not giving my family any desire to go back. They have been sad and depressing for years now. When Epic Universe comes out we will definitely get Universal APs.
Light saber picture group gave a nerd lightbulb on a handle rave vibe. 😮 Strange chanting rando words holding a lightbulb "saber". Made me realize how many people were scammed into losing money for that "light saber. " Smh.

Peter Pan was boring, my children left about 1/3 away through threw the movie and I fell asleep. It was like reading Rachal's 24 pages front and back letter to Ross.
I am glad that I did not waste my time this year at Hollywood. We have been celebrating 4th May for 9 years now. This year we went to Univeral on the 4th. Glad we did. I REALLY MISS Star Wars Weekends. Star Wars Weekends was a hell of a lot better than Galaxy Edge. I cannot believe I am saying that, but it is sadly true.
Poor Disney. But they have "eff'd" around and are finding out.

Our nieces LOVE Young Jedi Adventures! No worries with the finale as it’s set in the high republic 😅 the Hasbro merch for kids at. Celebration looked decent too. With everything going on in Florida currently, we won’t be back for a while. Cali will be our next stop.
Hollywood Studios is so disappointing. I really wish we got the Grogu sipper.

I watched Adam’s video and it was kind of sad, there weren’t really any characters out that day, esp during the light saber meetup. I’m not the biggest Rey fan but it would have been kind of cool if you had her and Chewy out too, maybe Kylo out by his ship. You look at Disney over in Cali and they get Star Wars night with Palme and Anakin. Plus I’d really like to have that Grogu sipper.

Man I was there all day for may the 4th and it was ATROCIOUS. Rope dropped straight to rise of resistance and it was down for hours, only for it to open around 1 pm with no warning and swarms of people flooding the entrance but standing there waiting for their family to show up too. I knew a lady that had been standing there since the park opened trying to be first and I wanted to let her get in front of me but people became feral over this ride. The dok ondar line was so long we got a queue at like 2 pm and didn’t get in until around 8pm just to find out most of the sabers were sold out (I still got my reforged skywalker hilt) but still. Earlier in the day was able to get into the may the 4th store but that was underwhelming with a few items like the pins and shirts while the hats felt cheap and mugs screen printed like the day before. Contemplated getting cal kestis saber but couldn’t bring myself to pour $400+ into one thing. Not to mention it was the definition of a madhouse once you get in. I was in the park I believe at least 12 hours and only saw two stormtroopers and mando getting swarmed by heaps of people. Night time was cool seeing all the sabers but completely unorganized. Overall 4/10 if you’re there go ahead and go but don’t make this the trip of the year for your family, celebration is 10x better.

The best part of Star Wars Nite, in Disney World, was the fans, for sure. The Disneyland one was great this year. It had many character appearances, great ohoto ops, great food and drinks, great dance party and great fireworks show. Luckily for me, I’m not big enough a fan to spend $400 for a lightsaber hilt. 😄 My absolute favorite treat in Disneyland is, by far, the Darth By Chocolate parfait. The only way you wouldn’t like it, is if you don’t like chocolate, or if you can’t eat chocolate. I enjoyed your video. Whether it’s positive or negative, I like informative videos about Disney Parks by people who keep it real. Helps me decide how to plan any future trips.

Honestly that was all a bit disappointing for yal, as for that limited edition desert XD i had that opening week at docking bay in Hollywood studios XD. It feels sad that so much stuff is just rundown or not repared.

WDW has double the attendance as Universal so that might affect cleanliness/upkeep which shouldn't be an excuse but has to factor in and zooming in on a crack to show an old piece of gum is pretty lame since 99% of people won't see it. But I'll concede WDW definitely got the short straw in terms of star wars month/may the 4th stuff but hey you have the Starcruiser year round right....
I so hate the fact that Universal is where I now take my family. Disney is no longer a magic place to share with my kids. They woke the magic straight out of their parks.
