Sonic CD - Quartz Quadrant JP (Arrange)

Quartz Quadrant JP from Sonic CD, remixed using Yamaha S30 and Roland U-220.
This remix comes by way of ChilliusVGM! I began working on this to figure out how the performance mode on my Yamaha S30 worked, but quickly found that I actually really liked it, after a while of not working on it (and some motivation from a friend) I decided to finish the whole thing, with my intent being to make it sound like something from a mid 90s fan remix album inspired by JP music of the era! :)
