Dante easily is one of my favorite video game characters out there, he showed that even when you were at your lowest, you should strive to not act so serious people would get it the wrong way and always have a smile at your face with a witty come back, take responsibility when no one could(looking at you Vergil and child support), he's a man with a heart of gold like Nero he supported those close to him even when they try to distanced themselves, Gru's children and those affected by demons near his vicinity, while also was willing to adopt Patty. He's an epitome of badass.

@michaelj.caboose826 Dante defeats demons capable of destroying the world like it's a little joke and can reflect any attack and Vergil can literally cut through reality. their duo seems almost invincible and will together face all the demons as if they were going to play a game of Monopoly from my point of view I don't know a lot of verses and characters so in my current knowledge they are far superior
HR/HM arrange Devils Never Cry was not a DMC5 remake, as it released way back, but I still love both versions. It will always be the best song ever, I don't ever get tired of it.

Not that unpopular of an opinion. Though I'd have to say they're both cool in different ways. Dante's' cool in the showy, always-has-a-witty-remark, playboy type of way, whereas Vergil, has the stoic, disciplined, bad*ss eastern swordsman, serious-yet-slightly-witty, cool going for him. It basically depends on which type of cool you like best. I like both.
As I thought, Devils Never Cry on DMC3 has something missing to make it more morden and DMC5 Delivers it but it still missing a bit on DMC3 beat. Mixing them just making it Smokin Sexy Style!
