At seventy-one years old I think I have got all the house renovation and woodwork I need but please keep on putting the videos out as current ideas and regulations change all the time and it is good to keep my mind up to date. Only one thing you need to update and that is your response to your cat, having a cat myself I can tell you from experience they only need twenty-four hours a day of your and your wife’s attention to make sure it feels well kept.
Could you do a talk through what you have learned? I think because it has been something you haven't done before, that lesson will be very educational. Love what you have done. Would have liked to salvage those neat upper lamps you are not using anymore ;-)
Lots of nice work! I'm always curious about clear-glass showers: don't they show every water spot you miss while squeegeeing and wiping them down (every time you use them)? I may be too lazy for that.

There is a coating on the glass that is supposed to minimize water spots. Time will tell if it works.
How’s the floor heating system? Is it 240v ?
We love the heated floor. I wouldn't put in another tile bathroom without it. It runs on 120v 15A dedicated circuit.
