Hey, yeah it's actually super easy. I haven't made it that many times but it's pretty fool proof and easy. Next time I would use a nonstick pan though instead of the glass pie dish.

Oh my goodness.. Yummy recipe.... Fariyal, could you substitute in, some brown sugar vs white? The end result/presentation was superb to say the least.
