Olá, deve ser muito bom, mas qual a temperatura do leite ? E o tamanho da forma ? Receita : 2 ovos 1/4 de xícara de açúcar (acrescentados aos poucos) 1 pitada de sal 1 colher de chá de baunilha essência Leite 354 ml levado ao micro-ondas por 1 ou 2 minutos adicionado aos poucos e mexendo sempre. Coar 1 a 2 vezes na peneira. Colocar em forma com a calda de caramelo levar para o banho maria,fogo baixo, por aproximadamente 35/45 minutos,deixar esfriar, levar á geladeira por 2 horas. Acertei ? Obrigada.

I followed this recipe and maayos at maganda naman yung kinalabasan as in ❤️ its just that Kulang Sa tamis so maybe yung 1/4 cup of sugar gawing 1/2 or 3/4 lalo na pag mga bata yung kakain . It's supposed to be hot enough to start cooking the eggs but not boiling hot because then it would quickly cook the eggs causing clumps to form when whisking. then later it wont go through the strainer. I'dsay hot enough to dip your finger without burning it. Also, it is evaporated milk that was heated, also known as condensed milk. Usually it comes canned. Hope that helps. Have a nice day :)

The main difference between evaporated milk and condensed milk is that evaporated milk is unsweetened while condensed milk is sweetened. So if you look at the requirement of the recipe, either one can be used, except for people's preferences or dietary restrictions causing the individual to pick one or the other.
@@shadowrider64 ACTUALLY condensed milk and evaporated milk ARE different not just because of the sweetness but also because condensed milk is much much thicker and evaporated milk is more liquid!

I read the options/substitutions - but missing the WHOLE recipe...?? guess that's what youtube is for. BUT, it's difficult to "follow" a video and assemble the ingredients without a full recipe.
Well you could have said it a bit better than offering your sarcasm that nobody asked for if you open these things called your fucking eyes you can see all the ingredients and steps are in the video...I think instead of relying on someone else to write it down I suggest you do , it would ensure that it is done to your liking and for you to better understand don't you think???
