The fact that the game still has that kind of account management that went literally obsolete on 2010 says how much they really care. Nasu and Type-Moon themselves are the real villains of Fate. Like, dammit, let me freaking link my gmail account to the game instead of giving trashy codes that could easily just disappear if my dispositive just broke or something, going away with all my progress.
Then, you can't link your campaign of FGO to your Google account?
Thats sounds awful, as i played Clash of Clans, and i am grateful that Supercell still allows to links our campaigns to our Google accounts, than forces us only to SuperCell ID, that is other method to saves our campaigns.
Especially as i heard that some players lost their campaigns for linked them to the SuperCell ID than their Google accounts.
and thats not all, if you lost ur NA account and ask NA support to give it back, chances are high that you can run into an employee who woke up on the wrong side of the bed and just...ignoring you. Speaking from personal experience ofc, i fill the info wrong (bad memory) and they said ur info is wrong, i submit the form again and well.. never got a reply. @@josecuestas7246
I thought Nasu and typemoon only supervised the lore and wrote the story. While the game itself is on the others (like aniplex or lasangle maybe?)

If you are able to quit the game and not come back I have to congratulate you. That's like finally quitting a drug addiction. I'm still in this cause I have some waifus I really want plus NA perks are pretty good. Though my clairvoyance is gonna end soon. I was a JP player too till anni 7 fucked my account update. We are about to 7 years in NA.
Well, the videogames in general are like the drugs; addictives, making that it require a strong will force to leaves them.
Though that much like a drug addiction, it only takes a little taste, or a brief playing, to enter into the vice again.
In my personal case i find it closer to a toxic relationship, i quit fgo a year ago and went to other games and the way they bombard you with stuff is astonishing
It's like having a partner who constantly gets annoyed for every little detail no matter if you're responsible for it or not, leaving them and your new partner is just a normal person with no real issues

I only really go hard on fgo when events are running so I mostly feel less burn out and I'm more willing to spend time with story over the grind

Why do i keep playing? Three reasons
1. The characters
2. The story
3. The crippling level of sunk cost fallacy that comes with playing a single gatcha game for 6 years straight lol
But really though there are times where I feel the game could use a revamp and step up some of the more stale/outdated mechanics of the game like old animations, and the endlessly repetitive gameplay (seriously, unless it's a cq I literally use the exact same team to do everything now and it never feels like there's any incentive to do anything different either) and maybe add some new mechanics as well that would let you interact with your servants beyond cycling through a couple dialogue options in My Room. Like come on we've fought several wars and saved the world at least twice now together we sould at least be able to do more than chat with them by the water cooler asking the same five questions you ask every other servant in the game lol.
Thing is unless they made a point of letting everyone transfer their data/servants to the new game then nobody is going to want to make the jump to it. Too much time/money/resources spent on the original to warrant that no matter how nice they'd try to make it. And that'd be a lot of work for them to put in so they could try to replace the game that's already making them hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
The biggest problem is definitely the lack of an auto-mode for grinding

Don't you mean Sweep? because Auto-mode wouldn't be able to 3T clear a stage which would make it worse than the player just doing it. Sweeping would allow you to skip the battle altogether and get the rewards you would've gotten from the stage. then again I don't know how Sweep would interact with CE that modify a certain thing (Bond, QP, MC exp, Event Bonus CE's, and the Advanced quest CE's) so it could also be worse than just doing it yourself

@@jackb450 They can make the sweep done using whatever the last team build you manually use for a certain quest along with their modifiers.
What keeps me going, I guess I just wanna see how it ends I have enough servants to not roll anymore unless I want to and the gameplay has become boring to me
I just began playing the game, so I still have a ton of story to experience, and with LB7 around the corner for NA, I feel like I'm gonna be in for the long ride.
I don't know about others, but it's really hard for me to stay consistent.
I tried to start fgo more than 5 years ago now, when I got first introduced into fate. I tried, didn't understand shit back then. dropped. didn't know english either, so that also helped. then every once in a while i tried again and again, just because the more I learned about fate the more i liked it, so i thought fgo would be a good way to keep my blooming hyperfixation.
when I finally managed to play longer than a few days was when I got some friends also interested in fate, so they supported me throughout the first part of the story. that was approximately the time when part two was just dropping, i remember even finishing the prologue and starting lb1 when I got burnout again and dropped.
since then it was constant attempts to continue again and again, because i was already rather far in the game, and every time i've heard something about of some new event or servant that i missed, it caused so much anxiety that i tried to start, got either overwhelmed or bored, that i simply kept quitting.
Idk what really changed, but one day i just downloaded it back, without any friends to support this time, and been playing since then. like, a half a year ago, i guess?
Since then I only read main story, while skipping events. So I guess the thing that really helps me personally play the game rn are:
1. i can easily skip stories without wasting too much time on them, while having opportunity to read them later.
2. the gameplay might be bad, but it's simple enough that you can mindlessly play it without requiring too much attention or time.
3. I have a few servants of mine that really make me happy with their presence alone, so i giggle and kick my feet every time I see them, and for that I gotta log in, too.
and a bonus:
4. I just really, really hate missing out.
Weirdly, i managed to find myself a good enough dynamic of playing the game where it's easy for me to spend some time on it without burning out. and having some minor things to do in it like maxing servants and their skills weirdly helps me to be interested in anything other than the story or gameplay. But yeah, mostly I get really anxious about quitting, and then imagine some of my servants being angry at me, which helps, too.
At this point it's just a chore that's not even so hard to do anymore.

I'm a growing Fate fan (consumed a few media, not everything, and I plan on consuming more). I usually don't like mobile games and gacha, but I do enjoy games with good stories, and from what I've seen so far, the story in F/GO sounds pretty great. I'm planning on playing it (after consuming a bit more Fate so the references actually mean smth to me :v). Probably gonna have a good time until I catch up with the story, but after that ? Probably just gonna log in when a new Lostbelt comes out
Good way to play the Game. Just never pay and dont Play in hopes of getting a specific servant. Thats a toxic mindest.

What keeps me playing FGO? EMIYA is still in the game.
I think they should increase the 5 star rarity servant chance, but who knows, I play the game, but is just to much I finish the the singularity story line but looks like I have more before I get to the first lost belt, and I miss multiple event because I'm still not in the lostbell, they need to get more casual content.
The 2 lines of Digalog then battle then "Here they come" then Batte etc were driving me nuts. I played for the story but when it takes over 5 battles with Skeltons and pirates just for the gang to finally talk about what is going on this week...I rolled over to Twisted Wonderland and just watched video playthroughs for what is new in FGO now
The fact I have years of game play before I can reach Lostbelt 6.5 Traum with my beloved Vlad is just too much for me @@cameraredeye3115

I do feel my love for the game has waned but i still enjoy playing. What keeps me playing myself is simply the characters, and the fulfillment of having such a wide cast of famous servants.
I started playing when I was scrolling through the general tags of danbooru in 2019, and saw what looked like Saber but hot (referring to Ruler Artoria). Saw she was from fgo, which at the time I basically refused to play. Downloaded the game, did the tutorial, spent some money (because I was not gonna wait to grind sq from the story) and got 2 copies of her on my very first multi summon. The hype of that moment (and me becoming a hardcore bunnytoria simp) has kept me playing to this day.
The servants I already have plus Seraph. Looking forward to lostbelts when I get to them. Hoping for a the Kagetora event to pop up in the event shop.
I started on week 1 and quit right before LB6. I do have burn out, but I mainly quit due to a lack of time. I am still trying to keep up without the story without playing, but the thing I miss the most about the game and wish I could still feel are the boss battles. The narrative build up, the fight it self and the conclusion are all so rewarding. My friends and I would literally talk for DAYS about how easy or hard it was. A sense of accomplishment I haven't seen in the group since the Halo 3 vidmaster achievements. I long got over the FOMO for new servants because if I am not going to play, why should I care? Why log in?
What keeps me playing? The Story and Character interactions.
A reboot? depends on Aniplex because they're the ones not investing the money they get from FGO back into it and its very telling.
I keep playing to get saint quartz and saving up for servants I want. And if it's a slow year then next year after that is always a banger for summons.
What keeps me playing is the overall story, lore, characters etc.
gameplay wise it’s as simple as it gets.
I think a reboot down the line would be a good choice, but it’s whenever this story actually decides to end lol.
Ngl I don't play fgo but because of Tsiah I think I need ta play it, either that or I should start playing mahoyo first.
You can play the gacha (still not recommended lol, gambling simulator) if you have enough knowledge by watching the Fate's first installment, the main timeline F/SN. Mahoyo really helps with a deeper understanding of how mystery and magic work in the Nasuverse, but it's not mandatory to play it first unless you want to dig deeper in the Nasuverse.
I'm trying to play catch up on NA, I'm in India Lostbelt but I've been procrastinating on other games to reignite my passion for this game.
My other main reason why I not playing as much is because of spoilers.
Sometimes I just want to know who the next servent is or look up some meme, but sadly spoilers are unavoidable. 😒
I think a great idea would be a "legacy" campaign that rather than using your own box, you would be using the servants available in the story a strategic way.This mode would be more focused on actual battles that happen throughout the story rather than waves of trash mobs.This would make players use servants that they would otherwise never touch.And not to be too greedy but we need new animations and skill upgrades for older servants.
It's mostly the characters for me. If I didn't get Summer BB, Raikou, and Ushi I would've have stopped playing. Now the only thing keeping me going in NA is Summer Ibuki. After her there are no absolutely must have servants for me to look forward to even now with current JP. So the game might significantly slow down for me.
I just grab the login bonus. Unfortunately, there's no endgame, so there's not much to do after completing the main story. When events drag on or it's a dead week, that's when I even forget to log in.
What would help me play it more would be: Combat syster overhaul and possibility of using both my phone and emulator with same account without needing to transfer each time.
Multiple times when i get home i place my phone down due using it long period of time or battery dying. Then i would want to continue playing, but i don't wanna go through the hassle of transfering, so i just stop there for that day.
Its hard to get back into it now that ive been busy with other stuff. I still want to complete the story cause im still on lostbelt 6 but the grinding is just exhausting now, the main thing is its just not fun anymore. FGO being so stingy with XP and mats and with me still having over 60 servants I still have to max, its just hard to get back into it. If they gave more exp, made grinding easier, and maybe shook up the battle system would make things alot more fun.
I spend a lot on my servants I can't leave them. I don't play as much as before but I go back for my servants.

I haven't played it a long time plus i do know whats change i still love the lore and the servants been losing a lot of account so i really don't know i might try it again who know just take a long break
Until recently, I've been just checking in daily for rewards for the last three years. Given all the money they've made, Lasengle could do so much with this game but haven't. Would love to see more QOL, features, gameplay, etc
The first thing that got me hooked on FGO was the story. But as time went on I started care about the game more and more, and I started to notice that my luck was pretty good on the gacha. And thus start my spiraling addiction with collecting saint quartz and counting on event rewards. I stoped now after loosing 3 banners in a row. Now I'm playing another game, still gacha, but at least the grind was far less than fgo.
Ever sense D2, I just casually play games.

I literally just watch compilations for the lore. I have a reasonably old and fairly well stocked account, too, but the gameplay loop just isn't worth it.
tbh, for me to even consider coming back to the game, they'd have to completely do away with ascension materials as a leveling mechanic, include a renewable shop for skill mats, and add in some more actual mechanics to the core gameplay to expand on it in a way that actually feels like you're doing more than just pressing options from a deck of 15 cards that shuffles every 3 turns.
When LB7 came out? I just read the coverage on Neo's channel. Got the full story experience that way. Was great. And I didn't have to deal with all the annoying filler fights.
I'm way too deeply invested in the story, account growth and as a NA player, excited for the upcoming servants.
the story is good and I love the nasuverse lore. if they where to make another FGO anime series/movie. I wish for a Shinjuku, Salem, Seraph or any of the LB stories to be adapted. these stories should be adapted so any anime watchers can enjoy what is exclusive for players alone.
as a NA player, I usually tune in to upcoming servants in the JP server. this usually helps me in saving and planning my NA account and savings. also I love gacha (on a moderate and controlled way) rolling, the adrenalin rush of summoning a servant is so enjoyable compared to other gacha games I played. (HSR, Genshin, Azurlane, BlueArchive...)
I was pretty burned out with FGO because I've been playing it for over 3.5 years but when I finally began catching up with story again, LB 5 and 6 really reignited my spark.
I'm here because I love my Jalter Berserker.
She's the one character I could most relate to, being that she's an otaku manga artist who found her reason to live and enjoy her life.
I often wish I could be like Jalter, hence I play the game.

Another game that comes to mind was final fantasy 14 which has personally a even worst start than fgo's.
Literally everything story locked and the ARR is one of the most generic jrpg story I ever seen.
One of the things that I would like for them to do is when it comes to the guaranteed five star servants I think they should do those a lot more often I will be happy with that
The thing i want rebooted for fgo is thr data transfer. My last phone got damaged and i had to get a replacement but i forgot my number data which had so many years of progress on it and i dont think ill ever pick up the game again. Ill still keep tabs with the story on youtube at least
I love the development of story! The quality is gradually getting better (like one of those legitimate/standalone Type-moon vns), the visuals, animations, it's just getting better! I also think that farming is very important to the game, but it's also gotten a lot better over time, with a variety of new servants to use. But also the new features have made it quicker to speed through missions. I think the only downside is mat hell as our only sources are scarce pure prisms and events. This game requires A LOT of attention to play to enjoy to the fullest so as someone who plays both jp and na, I really only choose to play jp mainly because my luck has been much better and i have more farming supports. It's easier to focus on one account if I'm really busy throughout the days.
What really bothers me about the gameplay is how stingy DelightWorks/Lasengle is with resources & pull rates. Biggest spit in the face, Max Limit Breaking CEs, especially Event CEs. Why in the god damn fuck would I sacrifice 4 extra copies just to increase event currency drops by a lousy +1? If you MLB a Event CE, the drop bonus should be +5. And it's not like they've never done it before either. Some of the Da Vinci Shop exclusive CEs get you the cumulative total of all 5 copies (+5 times 5 = +25). But they don't that because they're greedy lil shits who let the success of their game go to their heads.
Another thing that irks me was how slow they were at giving us these new Mat Drop boosting CEs. We should've gotten those early, given the abysmal drop rates for MATs anyway, and as a F2P player, I don't like wasting what limited AP I have grinding against stingy drop rates. And that's another issue I have! Why the fuck are we being restricted by some stupid stamina system like AP?
I what fucking world is it ok to limit a player's ability to play a game based on some stupid stamina system like that?
Despite FGO's flaws, I still hang in there for the story & to complete it & make all the time, money & effort I already put into it worthwhile. But something gotta improve before everybody quit due to stagnation.
I would say it:
3 turn farming killed the game. The game was supposed to be RPG with putting strategy in the line. Not saying it’ not applicable anymore, but as the events goes you are kinda force to use

I hope they do different events where you fight boss rush for 15 rounds and each boss you defeat gives you certain buffs and drop the same amount of mats as any stage does. Or a game where you should use these servants whom the players forgot about or something, i think change is necessity now
I'm a long-time Fate fan - since the 2010's except Prisma Illya since I don't want to be put on THAT list - and yeah, it's mainly lore, but the waifus as well not to mention I'm a huge folklore and mythology nerd so seeing certain historical and mythological figures get servants and how they're depicted is a draw for me as well.
It's why the only other gacha game I really play is Onmyoji.
I'm in the camp where I'm ready to move on to an FGO2 but I still enjoy the current FGO. Setting goals really is the thing that will keep you going.
Mastery is the goal of any game and if you have achieved that mastery or have no interest in that mastery(min turning) then there's very little that will keep you in the game. No shame in that. The fact that FGO has kept its audience for close to a decade is already mind boggling. There's no reason to begrudge someone for playing a few days only or on and off, except maybe in friendly jibes.
We're all here to have fun. Whether you're just skimming the pond or diving into the deep end, I think FGO still has something to offer people if they're just willing to try.
Nasu wheres the fgo genshin? But fr this time: in fgo gameplay was never the focus from the get go and now it's starting to bite the game. You can see its competitors really investing in that department. And not to mention every other gacha has constant updates so theres always something to look forward

I dont know if I'll quit fgo. As a f2p, i was able to np5 a ssr character in one year. I did get spook once but im a big fan of the artist. Is it the best gacha game? No. Gameplay maybe outdated but that doesn't mean its not fun. Do regret that i didnt finish events. The story really good and i like Ritsuka Fujimaru.
Hmm. . . I still login everyday and do daily grinds, normal and event wise normally. FGO is my first and only gacha related game I’m mainly focused on. I only pay because GSSR both anni and new years. Story, servant(husbando and waifu) basically keep me going with FGO. Basically ap takes about 10 to 12 hours to recharge which is basically half a do which I can occupy myself with other things, such as life. Fate and Typemoon to me is probably my most favored thing to get into so there’s no way I’m dropping FGO any time soon.
Edit: Also I’m aware of spoilers and I don’t mind much, but when you go through and experience it yourself even after being spoiled, its a whole new feeling, storywise always knows how to hit the Heavens Feels.
I never got into it but i would have loved to if something like the Arcade game came to the west on PC.
Have been feeling unmotivated and inconsistent since Halloween. The salty summons aren't helping. I haven't pulled a 5 star since Oberon on NA during LB 6( not counting Altera during Christmas) and it's been a literal year on JP. My last 5 star was last White Day
I start on 2018, to be honest I love this game old ass gameplay and character lore/connection. I really don’t see FOMO as a problem in Fgo is not a pvp game, banner rerun and this game barely have real limited character. I quit for year and a half during collage and come back, yes i do miss some CE but there will be rerun eventually but missing out? Nah you don’t even need to follow a meta, it just easier way to play.

I realized I was playing just for FOMO, AND I also realized how fucking good other gacha games were...
I mean, just imagine how INCREDIBLE FATE GO would have been if they had invested some of the money they earn back into the game? I became a HOYOVERSE stan thanks to how much love you can feel the developers have for their games. Genshin and Star Rail are just the peak of gacha nowadays for a reason. Even Honkai Impact, the one that earns less, is treated better than FATE GO devs treat their cash cow.
Sometimes I think about a future in which FGO had a quarter of its earned money invested back into it and it's beautiful, it looks and plays like Honkai Star Rail. But alas... it is just a dream.

Hoyoverse have favourite child for sure, but they do have love for each games and willing to invest more to improve, not to mention the massive amount of donations and building schools, making 2-3 concerts a year, loads of mv and even an anime going on, you really can see where ur money goes in. Bonus: i play genshin for the massive and filled to the brim open world and stories, not the gacha system. honestly with the amount of quality hoyoverse pump out every 2-3 months its fucking insane who cares about the gacha system and freebies

I stopped playing years ago, the gameplay got stale for me after 2-3 years of it, but i was still somewhat interested in the story, and have yet to catchup watching on youtube for it.
I am here for the story and for the characters so it's part story part addiction really but even that is kind of wearing thin as now I skip reading events that are probably not worth my time. Like the current glasses event they ripped off a cool old movie but honestly I would rather see the movie again than see their take on it. I will say however I am noticing this everywhere I look that people are getting burned out on the game, they are either playing other games as their main and keeping fgo as a side thing or just quitting. I keep hearing the money is great for FGO but I see trouble in the future the way things are going. It's been a fun ride with FGO I just want to reach the end. I am afraid things are going to get a quick wrap up in Japan if the money starts to dry up and then with NA the bottom is going to fall out and it's going to EOS before we get that proper ending. I really hope they work hard on catching us up to japan because I don't think they have as much time as they think they do.
honestly, ive dropped the game twice since starting release year. when you get infinite quarts (im f2p and not changing) and still dont get your servant, or just get tired of grinding, its so easy just to fall off. The only reason im back on it is because of the community. it still gets hard though as someone who skips the story and only cares about servants

Because fgo is ‘FGO' that's why i keep playing fgo. fgo is one of the the best gacha game but for me it is the best gacha game.
Resleriana opened Chapter 5, but I stuck on Chapter 2. Same as Heaven Burns Red, Nikke, Blue Archive, Punishing, etc.
They have the pretty interface, different play style, good story, 3D/Live2D characters.
But if you get stuck and unable to continue, what’s good for it?
From the setting of Fate/Stay Night, FGO provides 3 Command Spell and Leyline Stone to help player not to be stuck by the game/event/story.
FGO worry player couldn’t read the whole story, because the base of the FGO is a Novel not a game.
This is one of the reasons I keep playing it.
I keep playing because I like the story, characters, and being way too deep in both types of investment. I will say though that after I stopped caring about the gameplay and began thinking of the game as a means of moving along the story, I got a healthier relationship with the game by switching to a more casual mindset. I think the comment on 13:28 speaks well on how I see the game now. And personally [hot take incoming], I'm actually glad there's dead time because I can take the time I'd use on FGO and put it towards something else and not be stressed on missing too much.
I’m not really on the FGO 2 train or the complete retool train. Namely because they aren’t even supporting the game we’ve got well. The problem isn’t the player base burning out on the game they are making. While the game could definitely be fresher the problem is that they we only get maybe half a months worth of solid content between deeper events and main story drops a year, if you eliminate arbitrary time gates. I think Nasu and the fgo writing team just got too ambitious for their own good when paired with the smaller dev team at Lasangle. Like how long did they spend on the LB7 map, Ort, the spin-able Ordeal call map, and the raw size of LB6. It’s ridiculous and cool sometimes but stuff like their recent Ort interview for one of the Chaldea broadcasts stations is very telling that this is basically coming out as soon as it’s done. They probably should just grow the team but given they work under Sony and Aniplex they probably need permissions they aren’t getting. This isn’t a problem an FGO 2 would fix. In fact trying to bring it into parity with say the hoyoverse games would almost certainly result in an even slower game unless they found a brand new team. Which would kill Lasangle who only have fgo and be a massive risk to type moon since fgo brings in most their revenue. There’s really no fix here other than Sony putting more money down for staff and artists or someone reigning Nasu in on scale.
There's the general idea that I think experiencing the story first-hand feels different... but I'm mainly playing it out of worry that I'll lose my account again if I don't. Needless to say, I don't particularly like how so many plotlines in the nasuverse require me to play a game whose core gameplay I *hate* to see their conclusion and I was not pleased after Ordeal Call was announced.
I dont play FGO anymore with so many games in these days we have better options to enjoy and play
If the character models and ui were the same as fgo arcade the game would be more enjoyable rather than a 2d pixelated version of each servant🎉

Oof automata guy hits way too close to home. Same thing for me. The story is great, but it's getting reeeally scarce nowadays. I've got all my homies done and I can't even use them on anything apart farming. Well, it's gonna be login-logout until the next story I guess. Lasengle stopped making money off me since the pandemic year anyway.
The game needs more raid battles.
The story is insanely good, and hey, love me any fate content, but the gameplay really is outdated.
I think some sort of sequel is def needed at least once the story ends.
Fate has an *Insane* amount of potential, so any game with character customization would be appreciated.
I'm to invested in the story, the characters, and financially since it started. Don't spend money on it anymore but to far in to let it go

Lack of rewards after completing events

Gotta say the reason I still play is the sunk cost fallacy effect. The game and content loop isn't fun anymore, stories aren't gripping me as much as they used to since the lostbelts and the game in general is missing so many features that most mobile gacha games had for years like a better account binding system for example
Oh it's pretty easy why I dropped out of playing the game so many years ago and it's because of one the game was way too hungry for my phone which made it all the more annoying when the game continues to start sucking up my memory and made it run like shit. Second, the plot to me was feeling way too slow as it was dragging at a snail's pace to FINALLY get to the good parts. But by the time the game finally did get to the good parts it was way too late and I lost all interest because I deleted the game from my phone. Maybe if the game was on other platforms instead of just on one that's really easy to suck up the memory on the phone or leave it only be stuck on PC through other means I would give the game a shot if the story can just pick up the Pace instead of just feeling like it has to take its sweet time to build stuff up and then give us interesting stuff later on.

Tbh the only reason I play FGO is the story.
Yeah the servants are cool, but if the story was always at the level of agartha I would've left it years ago, type-moon association (which was what got me into it in the first place) or not. Gatcha is a pretty bad system and the gameplay is not good at all, but when they put out stuff like Babylonia, Solomon, Shinjuku, Salem, basically evey single one of the lostbelts, it keeps me waiting for the next one.
If you dont like the story dont bother with fgo, if you're playing for the servants you'll probably go salty and broke, if you're playing it for the gameplay (who does?) it'll always be the same. It has one point and its to make you work for the story (well, and take your money but qe F2Ps ain't giving them any) so it feels even better to read and you have an idea of what absolute monstrosity you're up against this time (Cernunnos anyone?)

I'll be honest right, the state of phones now vs the state of phones when fgo came out is drastically different. they can do a revamp, overhaull etc. and even then I've seen some games like destiny, warframe, and even genshin impact who has cross platform through every platform including mobile so there is no reason an fgo arcade overhaul of fgo couldn't work when it would increase the playerbase tenfold meaning more $$ it's sad they're just sitting and letting this shit roll. shit only reason I'm interested still is the new stories plus my favorite fgo youtuber caldea gurus because they built up their own story using fgo as a base. idk they need to step up after the lostbelts end

After getting Arcuied this anni I'm not only bailing out of FGO, I'm going to fucking sell my account. Enough sunk cost fallacy, enough servant loyalty, I'VE FUCKING HAD ENOUGH. I'm just going to follow the story on UA-cam or cliff notes on the wikis. I'm placing my time, and some money, on a better game that respects my time and actually respects us players by giving a high quality game that can technically enjoy for free all while having all the machination to keep us players engaged outside of just need servants and boring shit like that.
You folks probably have an idea what is the other game I'm talking about by this point.
Despite being an old gacha game with less improvements, the story keeps the game much alive and those leviathans who spent so much money just for their fav characters.
It's not even that I'm far too deep I low-key owe them my life for putting a certain someone into the game from npc to anniversary servant.
All that aside the game is practically a part of my life whether I spend or not as in this is a once a lifetime experience of series I love. I've had huge highs and lows, and who's always there? Fate/Grand Order.
I've reached what I call the abyss of this game max everything and even then I'm still doing monthly goals and checkpoints as i grind for the 2 year Gap
I've said it before I'm playing till the last minute, last second of the server. It's all about is staying consistent and patient.
At the end of the day I'm just exception and everyone has a reason to feel what they feel.
