When the engineers built that Mansion the better not be no flooding issues with all that money/// they must have a 20-foot high-rise wall of the house that comes out of the ground prevent any ocean water come up towards the back house

No, and neither are hurricanes. South FL is paradise - most of those issues occur in the Gulf coast of FL.
