"Bring your meds". Good advice! Back when I was teaching wilderness survival, I always recommended taking 3 days worth of Rx meds, even on a day hike. At that time, 3 days was the average rescue time for a survival situation. I also recommended taking reading glasses (if you need them)., makes doing fine tasks much easier. Of course those items we above and beyond what was carried to address hiking and survival items.
There was one on the power bank. I actually took my old one out to teach a kid. Did not put it back in. Lmao. See... the importance of putting it back. Gotta love getting older.
