I love FPs, but for EDC carry, I use alot of Tactile Turn bolt action pens that use Pilot G2 refills.
I like the look of this pen but, a very long time ago, I remember struggling in a very hot exam room sitting my ‘O Grade’ Arithmetic and worrying how embarrassing it would be to fail because I couldn’t grip my Parker Jotter steel barrelled pen: hence my dislike of metal sections on fountain pens - I now write with a Parker Jotter plastic sectioned pen which works for me!:); time you found me my next ink: think it might’ve been yourself who introduced me to Iroshizuku tsuki-yo which I am currently obsessed with! - my ultimate review would be a Pilot/Sailor/Platinum fp with a nice saturated ink in the blue/green/black family!(think you might like the Namiki Yukari Royale in vermilion:)
I nearly bought this once for my lefthanded dad who hates fountain pens and scorns them as a drastically inferior technology.

Pretty pen
