My stepfather bought me and my little brother one of these in '69. Great fun and by far the most dependable bike I ever rode. She was a beautiful Red and white machine. I remember many weekends plunking down a quarter at the gas station and riding on the trails all day long ! Would love to have another one just like it. From what I have researched however, nowadays they are fetching high dollar .....🤔
Beautiful Z-50 bikes in great shape. They are timeless bikes that keep growing more popular every day. What I especially liked about video you use your family & that's what is all about. I refubish these as well as the CT-70 bikes and more & more I am selling 2 at a time to a buyer. Father Son-Daughter-Wife Etc. Thanks for your video. Rick
Thanks Rick, I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know your thoughts. Glad you enjoyed the video. Good luck with any restorations your working on now or in the future!
I had an identical 1969 Z50 on the same yellow. It was purchased new in 1969 when I was 14 years old. Didn’t the ‘69 come with a foot pedal on the right side got the rear brake? I don’t see that on your bikes.
