    Thank you Katie! This is amazing! I made it and it tastes great but it was a bit thin and runny compared to the lemon curd im used to, so I hope you dont mind but I tweaked it a bit. By adding small amount of cornflower (cornstarch) mixed in toba small amount of the lemon juice (1 teaspoon of the cornflour to 1/8th cup of lemon juice at the begining will make it have a nicer, thicker consistency ! It can also help stop the eggs from turning in to scrambled eggs too lol.
