For anyone watching. Don't get the black paint rustproofing, it is shithouse. Gets on threads and holds moisture ect. You need to coat it all with lanotec or something similar. Do it once a year, works mint
What lift is that? What kit exactly. Also, is the lift useful for off-road? Meaning do the struts improve off-road or is it for looks? Subscribed that was a fun watch.
Sir what changes did you do to accommodate those tires and rims i have a 2020 Ranger XLT with leveling kit and i want to upgrade my rims and tires especially the size you have rocks
I’am a bit confused, what shocks did you put in, are they standard two inch with the top hat from factory, or are they 4” shocks with the factory top hat?
Hey man, I've got the 2021 fx4 and want to do a 3.5inch lift and level, but alot of people are saying it creates alot of problems. Just wanted to ask if you guys have encountered any problems after the lift.
You know you can use a jack under the lower control arm to compress the spring then undo the top hat, let the jack down, but the new strut and spring in then jack it back up and do the top hat up to the new strut 🤔
TJ Jack I’ve done it a few times now when lowering a car but obviously the new springs are shorter so it goes back together nicer, if you were putting lifted springs in then I guess maybe try extend the shock out as much as possible first? 🤷🏻♂️ the first bit of compression is relatively easy to get so I think she’ll be right 🤣

Does it make a sound when going through bumps? I lift 1inch and make a noise like a click when running on bumps and dont know if the sway bar is touching the lower arm or what could be the problem of it is normal to hear that noise on bumps
You’d probably get away with it on the street, but a soon as you put any flex on it off road you more than likely will start breaking CV’s. Usually do a diff drop with 4” lift to lessen the angles
TJ Jack haha you built this whole #Navlife community around Prestons Nav. Only to swap it for a Ranger. Hahahahaha (disclosure) the Ranger does look pretty bloody good. KONE must be treating him well 😂🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
No worries. Was just wondering because I’ve just bought the exact same front struts for my 2018 Ranger and an still undecided on what to put in the back 😩😩
we tried however in the PX3 (2020 or newer) its no longer possible due to ford increasing the size of the shock mounts. If you lift it and then add the diff drop the cv boots hit the new mount...
