    Hello Mam, I have scored 91% in my 10th, 89% in my 12th and 65% in my grads. My basics are extremely good in quants. What should my strategy be ?

    • @mbawithprachi
      @mbawithprachi  2 місяці тому

      Heyy, you have a good chance in IIMC if you score well in CAT so if your basics are clear - start giving mocks, pick up your weaker topics and revise them by giving sectional tests. Try to practice a lot of question and find the quickest solutions/tricks. If your accuracy is good, focus on improving your attempt rate. Increase your calculation speed and start forming your exam strategy. This would ensure that you maximize your scores. :)

      Hey, yes you are eligible but kyunki academic grades utne acche nahi hai - aim for colleges where academic grades are not given enough weightage during selection. Have shared a video on top 10 colleges you can target - do have a look! Should definitely help. And chinta mat karo, bas prep fatafat se start kardo kyunki acche colleges me cut-offs bhi high rehte CAT/XAT ke

      Heyy, I would personally recommend prioritsing IIMs, FMS over IITs for MBA if you don't have too much financial pressure especially if you are aiming for high end jobs and starting something of your own. IIMs give you a good platform to start. And loans are easy to apply for, and pay off eventually. So think about what is your end goal and decide wisely 😊

      Hey, you do have a decent profile and your 12th, undergrad marks can cover for your 10th scores. But have you started preparing for CAT? Because if your Quant is weak then I would recommend you start with the basics and devote as much time as you can to clear the concepts and practice well. Aim to score atleast above cut-off in quant and maximize your scores in VARC and DILR. Should take care for your overall percentile. :)

    Hi di
    I didn't start preparing for cat 2024. I graduated in 2023(bcom finance & tax). I got 90%in 10th, 95% in 12th(commerce with math) & 91%in grads. I also qualified US cma exams. I'm confused whether to give cat 2024 n start preparing now or to give cat 2025. But I'm afraid of gap year. I would appreciate your opinion on this.

      Heyy, you have a very good profile so I would recommend you to focus on CAT 2024. If your basics are clear, you'll be able to complete the syllabus and be ready by 24 Nov. Hey, you have good academics grades so if you prepare well for CAT - you will be able to get into top IIMs. You can surely choose IITs as well, but you should prioritized IIMs. Also, profile does not matter as such during admission interviews - so you surely have a good chance. Even during placements, your overall profile would matter not only your scores.
      As for form filling, you can select all the colleges and eventually see which calls you receive. As long as you don't have to pay extra, there's nothing to lose. :))
