I think every corporate job has its share of stress and deadlines. You cannot escape if you decide to join. Investment banking is worse with 16 to 17 hours of work.

Dont do job.Invest and start your own business have guts to do that also.Its same everywhere.If you want money you need to earn it.Nothing is free lunch and nobody outside is our parent who will pamper us.Once you start your own business than you build environment for people where you will provide them luxury without asking for work.All the best.

What is the point of earning soo much, when you don’t get time and can’t actually enjoy and spent it. I don’t understand the actual mindset and goal of people working in these corporates. Moreover that’s why we see 90% of vacancies unfilled in these companies. Seniors extract more work from the existing employees as new onboarding is very low.

I see many youtubers who make videos for that career path which they have left due to work life balance. I think as youngsters, you should spend at least 5 to 7 years in the grind of a conventional management consulting firm. The moment you reach your 30s, you should be able to switch to a less intensive client side role because what you have accumulatedin the last seven years of a management consultancy would help you add value more objectively. remember in life struggle is definite. Either you do it when you’re young and able or when you’re older and don’t have the same strength and stamina. My call would be do it and get done with it in your youth and enjoy the fruits later.
