W211 e320 CDI What sound is this when i release the pedal?? Turbo?? How to resolve it?

W211 what sound is this e320 cdi how do i fix this?

My clk 270cdi has the same noise. I replaced the turbo and its still there. I got a remap on this car, but the sound came 1500km ago. I have no clue what it could be. The Turbo-Air-System is not leaking.

Turbo actuator is bad
