Hi there! I still have some questions left which might be worth answering:
- In case of a long foreskin, is it required or advised to undergo a circumcision prior to a penile implant?
- How rigid are penile implants, can they be used effectively for anal penetration. Maybe demonstrate to what extent u can bend a fully inflated penile implant.
- How many pumps are average to obtain a fully rigid erection (like really firm)?
- Is there any chance a person with a slim waist can see or feel the reservoir?
- Would you recommend a coloplast titan OTR over an AMS 700 LGX/CX when a person is primarely interested in achieving the most rigidity as possible?
- Can you body reject the penile implant, and if so what then?

I have suffered with premature ejaculation most of my adult life. I have always thought that it isn’t a psychological problem but an over sensitive penis. I’m having a penile implant done soon. Will this help with that issue along with the ED?
Premature ejaculation is a reflex, but the implant will allow you to go again and again.

You lose the erection to the gland in most cases. The 2 mayor companies just don't talk about it.
I had my implant don’t back in March and my head always has blood and is erected and larger when it not inflated which is weird and when I pump it up my glans are soft cuz I don’t have blood flowing but once I start to touch my self the head and glans expand larger than before the surgery …
