I recently acquired a Vidar and it really brought my JBL Studio 580's to life! More so with really nice electronics in front of it. Vidar and JBL really scale and seem to have a lot of value. I haven't owned higher end power amps or speakers yet, so grain of salt. But I do have LCD-4 headphones and know good sound when I hear it.
@@siodaze9567 yes did them. It turns the bass down a bit to flatten the overall freq response, so now it sounds brite. The parts are a huge upgrade in quality too which improves fast response. Bass is deeper due to thicker gauge wire.

Nice! Schiit is really at the top when it comes to driving Magnepans. Great sound and even better value.
take out the cross overs of the lrs and replace with gr researche. massive difference.

Did you consider the Ager?
Most suggestions to drive the Maggie’s are for the Vidar. So just went for it.
No haven’t tried the Aiger amp
