I had to watch this one several times, F me that SOB sounds nasty!!! Nice build and nice driving brother! With the solid roller cam and turning over 7k, I'm surprised a hi-ram intake wasn't used in place of the MSD. Thoughts on why not?
Perhaps just a desire to stay under the stock hood. That is why I picked the Atomic over a high ram on my big cube build. In the end, I was disappointed with the numbers. This winter, I've bought a billet "almost high ram" from LME. It fits under a stock hood should breathe 800hp without giving up too much bottom. I'm at 8.2L, so I can afford to give up a bit down there. Too bad I didn't find that LME manifold a couple years ago.
It says 6060 with custom ratios. I wonder if they did what I did. I am running the narrow ratio (ZR1) gears with 3.90 gears in the diff. It sounds like they might be running shorter rear gears than that. (I wonder how fast my car could go with this dude driving it...)
That Z is flying!! When I read that it had darton sleeves with factory ls7 rods and crank I was like ???? Then I remembered how light those titanium rods and cranks are and it would save alot of money if it's still a 427 it would be crazy to spend a ton of money on rods and crank when you have those

Probably some of the best shifting I've ever seen. Very nice.
Damn, nice job pulling slack out of the drivetrain before hammering it. Best way to save axles and diffs!
because i sholl snapped my rear end in my c6z
Nothing compares to the sound of an LS7 at 7000 rpm.
351 ford sounds pretty good too.

Amazing shifting. Some of the best I've seen.

You shift just like me. Blink your eye and you’ll miss it and clutch every time!
Let's get some practice with those reaction times.
