Wish more people used Imron. It's incredibly difficult to mix and apply properly, but when done right there is nothing else like it. An impressive video and an even more impressive paint job!

Great video, but at the end it didnt look like it was getting any preasure on the gage? Is it that you didnt run it long enough or that it needs more work?
It's possible to see in 42:11 that the gage started to move. I didn't let it run long enough because there was a noise coming from the tank check valve that I fixed after the video.
1) Timken bearings. There is a name I haven't seen in a while! 2) Loktite on a Nylock nut? (in the pressure switch) That's cheating. I though you would fit new black Nylon in the nut
Love the attention to the exterior details as well as the total interior rebuild down to new valves, rings and bearings on the compressor. Putting on the Wayne decal, using the original international orange in Imron, and fabricating new boxes for the electrical connections makes it just stunning! Cutting Delrin spacers rather than steel to bring the replacement bearings thicknesses up to spec has me wondering whether heat will degrade the material over time.

0:37 breath taking scenery , just stunning .
Brazil has very, very pretty landscapes.
I love that you used actual Timken brand bearings. These compressor heads came with a decal on the front of the crankcase that said "Timken Bearing Equipped". Amazing job on this one. Really superb work on every aspect!
если перед разборкой всё помыть - работать легче и приятнее.
O compressor mais maravilhoso e bem projetado que vi...e o seu trabalho foi estado da arte, que incrível parabéns
Excellent work. Much respect.
Wish more people used Imron. It's incredibly difficult to mix and apply properly, but when done right there is nothing else like it. An impressive video and an even more impressive paint job!
very nice job
Without a doubt, the best restoration video on UA-cam.
Wife says, "come on, time for bed..." Sorry I cant, I have to finish this video! Well done!
This was an awesome restore and a pleasant video to watch! They sure don't make them like they used to. Thank you for restoring something that will last another 50 years or longer!
@@VictorsShop i watched on a cell phone so i couldnt tell. Great job!
I live in Fort Wayne Indiana home of Wayne Pumps. Cool to see how far around the world they went. Thanks for restoring history.
Damn awesome restoration! With all of those upgrades, that thing is 10X better than when it was new!
1) Timken bearings. There is a name I haven't seen in a while!
2) Loktite on a Nylock nut? (in the pressure switch)
That's cheating. I though you would fit new black Nylon in the nut
foda-se
Parabéns pelo trabalho de restauração, e ótimo video. Me dá muito prazer e orgulho ver como vc executa os procedimentos.
Just amazing. What a great restoration. Thank you for keeping it going another 65 years
Esse conhece do assunto...ate q em fim um canal restauracoes nacional de alto nivel.
Parabéns você é um profissional de sucesso dos bons. Muito bom gostei
what a labor of love! so glad to see someone restoring these lovely machines back to their glory!
An absolutely phenomenal restoration! It might be 68 years old but I reckon it will hold its own against any new compressor.
