Don't watch my cooking or baking videos before bed lol. They are very filling, my husband ate all of his and I was able to eat half of mine. Harley is always so nosey and will not sleep when I am cooking in the kitchen lol. I think it is because I always cook with him there always sitting on top of the fridge to get the birds eye view of what is going on :) Oh he knows I always give them a pepper every day , so sweet. I used to eat it the way my hubby does but then when I started to lose weight I came up with a calorie friendly one and it is delicious. How cool is it that the birds like hot peppers. 🌶️ 🌶️
The birds love hot peppers and they do not feel any heat from the pepper like humans do. Peppers are also very healthy for birds and the peppers I put in my husbands squash are actually a good source of vitamin A for the birds and leave their feathers looking shiny and healthy :)

Hi Missy! 😃 Those dishes look very healthy. I have to laugh, because as a former grocery store cashier of 16 years, I find myself always thinking of the UPC codes for the various vegetables. I think it is imbedded for life :) I have a few more things to haul and set up on my tiered tray but I through that together the best I could for the video lol. Very much enjoyed watching you prepare this. I also LOVE my veggies and yours looks awesome. I'm not much of a cook and I really need a recipe with everything measured out but I think I could make this.
The next time you make up a batch of your seasoning mix could you please write down how much of each spice you add and share that recipe.
We like trying to seasoning mixes and I like everything you put in yours except the smoked paprika, I've never had that. I love paprika tho'.

I wrote down what you used and I think if I watch your video while I make it I can judge amts. I don't recognize spices enough to have any idea how much to use. Growing up we used 3 spices, salt, pepper & summer savory, lol It wasn't until I met my husband that I started trying more. I would be scared to just add spices to a jar, not knowing how powerful some are compared to others I'd probably overwhelm it with one spice and not taste the others.
I really enjoyed watching you prepare this meal, I will be looking for other cooking videos. I grew up in Lewis Mountain (outside Salisbury) NB. It took me moving out here to Winnipeg and meeting my Husband before I got to PEI. I grew up a HUGE Anne of Green Gables fan so when I finally got to visit in 1990 I was so excited to go. I took my girls there in 2003. You live in a beautiful province and I have to say from my experience one of the friendliest!

When I told him what it was and everything in it he says "that's too bad.." 😂😂😂😂 He is NOT a fan of vegetables. Thank you for sharing. Hello dear Missy, just wanted to let you know that UA-cam has changed their way for me to be able to log into UA-cam on my TV, but I am working on trying to circumvent this (legally), and I have a new cell phone (Samsung), but since I have never had one thus far in my life, it is a new learning experience for me. I am able to get into UA-cam (thus far) now, after over a week, only as a guest until I figure out how to log in (in the new way), so I am just trying to find and catch up with my favourite people on here that I subscribe to.
