You cannot eat this one, unlike other fugu.
I'm not good with Japanese, but from what I can tell it's an uncommon type of puffer (I think he says tiger puffer, but it seems very different from the usual tiger puffer fish that he prepares) - it's also highly poisonous so it cannot be eaten and Kaneko-san is just going to show us what the fish looks like from the inside.
When he cut open the fish's skin, I think he said something about the skin being tougher than a usual pufferfish's? The stomach of the fish is also full of sand. What's interesting is also that I think he found something hard inside the fish, which seems to be a swim bladder of sorts. I'm kind of just guessing around at that point tho, can't wait for English captions to better understand what he's saying about the fish!

Not necessarily "evolved from", though. It was the same organ before we developed it into lungs, and fishes developed it into swim bladders.
Lungs don't come from swim bladders.
@@natasyawidya6931 Yeah, all modern bony fish evolved from fish that where closely related to modern lungfish, and had early, simple lungs. Bony fish just evolved those early lungs into swim bladders since they didn't have any need for them to be used for breathing.
