Toes were lifting. Foot isn't rooted into the floor. Lack of ankle mobility prevents his knees from going forward, which is going to lead to knee and hip pain over time. He also has to lean forward to maintain bar path because of this. Lifting his heels on some small plates would make a huge difference. That was clearly super uncomfortable for him, and 315 is probably baby weight to Mike. If you wanna squat deep, get advice from Olympic lifters and channels like Knees Over Toes or Squat University.
@@carlosjones5451 He may not have those issues, but the average Joe isn't gifted like him. Also, chronic pain is a lot different than a serious injury. Squat University is a great resource if you want to learn more.
Is he teaching us how to blow out our SI joint? That was the worst butt wink I've ever seen.
😂😂 didn’t take long to find this. These jacked up clowns who have poor movement patterns think they’re really showing you something
Mike has poor ankle mobility so No forward knee translation over foot causing a injury causing butt wink at bottom of squat
That’s called “butt wink” and isn’t correct form
for high bar it probably wouldn’t be bad and wouldn’t have that crazy butt wink but low bar it’s pointless to squat ass to grass
Head and chest falling looking down at the drain where his life is going 😂😂
Hard to tell with the angle and the writing but looked like major butt wink!?
Your lower back rounds a lot
Big butt wink. Def do exercises to fix that. Good tutorial nonetheless.
Def. Do not ever look down like that. Good gosh Mike. What happened here?
The legend
That was terrible.
Butt wink tho?
Tren King
315 like nothing
That's because it isn't 💩
@@michaelderenne9838 you really think so? I never thought "Mike O'Hearn would lie about his weights, or use fake weights.
