Betteryou magnesium oil the original one. Sport people use it. Spray on any part of your body, not on open wounds. Also dark green cabbage leafs. Take a leaf rinse cut out "heart" which is hard bit, squeeze the leaf up in hand then open it fully again and put it on your knee use at least 3/4 leafs wrap in bandage or cut some legging up just to hold in place overnight in bed get up in the morning swelling is reduced because the cabbage withdraws inflammation which takes away the pain. Sister...please heal my wife. She had surgery on the 3 of Aug. On her lining of her right lung. She suffering from pain and haven't been able to sleep well at night. We haven't been able to attend mass because of the pain she is in. She justs wants to be healed and able to do her house wife chores. To attend the Holy Mass pain free! She also has AFib.

Sister...please heal my wife. She had surgery on the 3 of Aug. On her lining of her right lung. She suffering from pain and haven't been able to sleep well at night. We haven't been able to attend mass because of the pain she is in. She justs wants to be healed and able to do her house wife chores. To attend the Holy Mass pain free! She also has AFib.
