This was the song that represented the deepest parts of your mind and soul. That inner world you entered to figure out who you truly were and what you valued, all whilst being guided by a mysterious voice that urged you to keep moving forward through the unknown. Stirred with fear but courageous enough to push on, you proceed through the abyss and eventually, you find the light. You encounter a momentary sigh of relief, just to find out the shadow behind you is awakening. You become filled with terror as it grows larger and larger. You try to run, but soon realize you're trapped with this darkness. You realize the only way out is for you to turn and fight ... "But don't be afraid ... You hold the mightiest weapon of all ... "
I think this was the first moment a video game got my full attention as a kid. Like I was the type to just mash through all the text and wonder without a care, but when this part happened it was like being in a vice grip. Amazing.
'The more you walk into the light, the bigger becomes your shadow..." I loved this game & I'm so happy that nintendo brought Sora to Smash Bros Ultimate
This game was the first time I ever felt anxiety, foreshadowing of my future I guess, back then turning off the game was all I needed to do, but just like the game I can't give up when it's only just begun right? So I'd always play the game to my best abilities, being so young I never really made it past anything late game, but I came back to it a few years ago and decided to give myself some closure on those old childhood memories.
This part or the boss battle was giving a metaphorical message of adulthood. It was quite interesting. A kid that didnt understand but yet frightened. A hudge shaped swollen heart with a large broad embodiment that gripped the surface with darkness. This game who made this was quite metaphorical of their approach. I surely never understood this part but when u grow up u get where it's coming from. It's very much hidden. But I like how it gose too the island.
@@enriquegarcia9079 Nah, not haunted. They are on to something. The truth. If you follow people like Carl Jung the game makes a bit more sense. There is so much more than just psychology, symbolism, etc. But KH will always be an underrated masterpiece. Except for III.. crying shame they rushed it

Hopefully the next game they can do the best and have the same drive they did like for the first
I bought Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 remix for the PS3 and I'm liking it so far. I also still like the angelic choir in this game. It really sets the mood for some of the game, you know what I mean?

Answering the questions of your moral character, choosing your eternal arsenal to bring with you. Such an amazing game to play at a very young age, makes one ask the real questions early so they don’t become heartless later in life.
"Take a look at this tiny place. To the heart seeking freedom, this island is a prison, surrounded by water. And so this boy, he sought to escape this prison, he sought a way to cross over to other worlds, and he opened his heart to darkness..."

7:26 minutes into The Amazing World of Gumball S5E1- The Rerun part 2 where Gumball is falling literally almost copies this OST with it's choir going down one whole step. The Beginning goes from 3rd to 2nd interval on the Ionian scale while Gumball goes 2nd to 1st. Both have that choir sound effect. It's pretty cool that maybe this is where they got their inspiration from.
@@lukamagicc ww w.wco.tv/the-amazing-world-of-gumball-season-5-episode-1-the-rerun-part-2 Go to 7:26 and you'll literally hear what I mean (0:02 in this video) Same choir sound in both. This is when Gumball goes from one world to the next just like Sora does. For easier understanding, if you take the A Aeolian's 5th to 4th interval (E to D), you'd get The Beginning (A aeolian due to A minor chord being played under it). If you do 4th to 3rd (D to C) you'd get Gumball.

There should be because all these songs played at their cues in the original game rather than just playing all the way through like a normal track would. It was pretty cool detail actually, a detail that not many games bother with.

Kingdom Hearts is REAL. The concepts in KH are part of life. Seek out esoteric knowledge and you'll learn how much of what is in KH is real.
I wonder where all the wishes go. Made but ungranted.
This song still gives me goosebumps
Best game ever created by humans
What about aliens?
Maybe some aliens are so advanced they've already made Kingdom Hearts 3. They'd have to be a few million years ahead of us, though.
