@@mysharona6754 Yes there were a lot of factors that made this one tough, the arena availability was pushed up on us (we were shooting for late October originally) and with things changing so much this year in terms of our world's health, we cut the amount of tickets in half and stop advertising because we wanted to make sure we could properly execute all safety protocols to follow local and state guidelines :)

Fitcation 2021 was an amazing experience. I went to the meet and greet not knowing what to expect and left Sunday feeling great because I met some great people. I want to thank the whole Royal Change team for an amazing weekend and also the work put in daily to help me become happy, healthy, and strong ❤️ I will most definitely be at Fitcation 2022.

I'm in tears, honestly. I only started working out "with you" last week and so far, I've been having a lot of fun (my body hurts but it's the best kind of pain!!). I've always struggled with losing weight and I really really need it. I'm only on my 20s, my self-esteem is basically non existant and I want to be better for myself. Im CRYING 😭 I wish I knew this was happening. I have always loved working out and when I had my baby my postpartum depression put me at an all time low. Id go to the gym and just cry. I was so depressed. I think I came across Sydney’s channel when I looked up a stretching video and saw she posted work outs every day. I followed her and did a month challenge. That was in April. Sydney’s workouts were just the push I needed to get back into my love of working out. It had nothing to do with baby weight, that came off easily enough. It saved me from my depressive suicidal thoughts. Im soooo thankful for Sydney. In two weeks Im running my first marathon. That wouldnt be happening if I hadnt come across Sydney Cummings channel and started working out again. I will come from Oklahoma next time you do this!!!

This channel has been such an important part of my life for the last 2 years. I am in the best shape of my life at almost 44 years old. I work out with her every day. I look forward to it each day. I would never be able to work out with all those people, I am a by myself with the door closed person, but it's cool that you all got to do that. I can't wait to see where my body takes me in the years to come.
