- Toddlers do not know how to blow their nose well, so a sinus rinse is a fantastic way to prevent and treat anything related to the nose like congestion, infection, allergies, runny nose and sinus infections. Actually, I have to do one of these whenever I get sick and trust me. It may look disgusting but you feel way better afterwards.
Hoes it work? You use shoot water up the good nostril until the other one drains?
I use these once every 1 or 2 weeks. I have had this feeling of mucus in my throat for years and rinsing out my sinuses has reduced that feeling and put a stop to this cough i had for months

The kid is very brave. If they lmow about this since they are babies, it's easy for everybody. Maybe it was a little too much pressure. I've did it to my kid but a little slower than you and with saline solution. I find the injection of 5/10ml easier.

A bit dangerous as the child held their breath which lead to a build up of pressure as he/she reacted. This could lead to pain in the eardrums or even more severe damage.

I just got a nasty sinus infection and I just cleaned my nose and let me tell you what I got out was disgusting and a bunch of dark green mucus snot. I feel so much better though it was worth it.
