I have been following you since the beginning of the construction of your housing. I try not to miss your sprawling new UA-cam channels. About plums from Russia. Piercing is not necessary. We usually make larger jars, 3 liters. Plum must be lowered for a few seconds into boiling water. Then put the plum in clean jars up to half. Add a cup of granulated sugar 200 grams. Fill with boiling water and seal tightly. Cover jars with blankets and pillows and leave for a day to cool.
