The best advice I can give is to repent immediately after every sin. For those that do not repent after their sins may not have another chance. Despair and guilt are influences cast upon us by demons and Satan. We must not listen to those thoughts but instead repent as God’s forgiveness and love is greater than any sin a person could ever commit. Do not dwell in your past sins but be steadfast as God’s forgiveness makes us holy and righteous again. It is His grace given to us and as long as we repent for our sins (committed intentionally or not) we shall be forgiven through Jesus Christ.
Don’t be afraid. Always come back fallen soldier. Don’t focus too much on not committing the sin. Focus on Christ and becoming more like Him through fasting, prayer and reading the word. You will check one day and realize that’s it’s been a looooooong time you’ve musturbated.

Hey bro I will keep you in my prayers. I am in the same boat. My Advice is to read the word daily or at least try to start reading the word daily. Start with once a week and build it up. Like a baby needs milk and vegetables and at times don’t want to eat vegetables we need Gods word daily even when it gets boring. Second thing is while reading store his word in your heart. This is something I am learning to do. When falling into temptation I tell my self. “Carry your cross” and “If you love me keep my commandments” I keep his word to keep me in check and pray. If the temptation overtakes you. Get up and pray you’re not perfect. Rejoice in knowing that your actions prove the Bible ever true that we all are sinners. And know that your are not strong to fight it alone and to depend on God alone because he that begins the good work in you will continue it unto the day of Jesus Christ. Another good scripture teaching us to love, just like our Father and His Son loved us. I found that letting our love show through our actions is a very good way of showing love. Just helping people, anyone, as much as you can just as Jesus said, "Give to the one who asks and do not deny those who want to borrow from you" a very good scripture to remember, I learnt it from another of ejayys video on Matthew 5. Not being quick to wroth and to not provoke anxiety nor fear in their hearts unless it’s the fear of God, which aids in Him keeping our hearts. I was destroyed by a female almost 12 years ago. Completely destroyed. Pray for that female that God has mercy on her. I don't want her to go to Hell. The TRUTH is, im convinced it was God carrying out justice. I was doing things with women that i should not have been doing. I've suffered over 12 years grieving. Don't feel bad for me. I was angry at this person as to how bad they hurt me but now i want this person to be forgiven. That's all.
Life is getting tougher even if u have god by your side I have failed all my classes constant fighting and can't even relax I already know what my future is so there is no hope but to wait for the day I die
