Number 1 skin care step: Drink plenty of water! It is so important for the body inside and out. I can definitely tell when I haven't been hydrating enough - the skin shows it, and I can feel it.
I love Azalea's laugh. It is wonderful n so robust n fun. What a sweet n fun loving little lady.
I remember getting one of the epilady and I tried it, it hurt so much..lol My husband at the time took it back and told them they are torture devices for women....lolololl I think they were new to the market. Anyways it hurt like crazy...lol You must have a high pain tolerance. I look forward to your videos. They bring a smile to my face. I'm a 58 yr old lady and I've had to move in with my 85 yrold mom in 2019. Her health and memory is going down quickly. My fur-baby Daisey was given 6 months to live this past July. She has three forms of cancer and her kidneys are failing. She is 13 yrs old. Ive had her since she was six weeks old. She is my soulmate, my whole world and my service dog. So things are not happy in my life and your videos make me smile and even laugh. Sorry, I dont mean to be a downer, I just want ya'll to know how much joy your videos bring to people. Even through videos you just seem to have a peaceful and calming effect. Don't know if I said that right. You are the sweetest family and Azala is very precious. Not to shame in any way but I have never understood why a woman would shave or wax any part of her body. When friends tried to get me to shave when I was a teenager I told them that if they could give me a reason to do so that made sense to me I would do it. M 56 and still haven’t been given a good reason. Also, my husband has always been on board with how I look/feel so that’s not a good reason either

I used that Braun device when I was a teenager, I;ll never forget the shock, It was SO painful haha. I was crying after one go, Have never touched it again, too afraid now.
Another great self care tip is a lymphatic drainage massage, or just any facial massages to keep the skin toned and youthful. I love watching different ones on youtube and then just finding an oil and copying them. I always feel so invigorated after it. Especially with the lymph draining behind the ears and on the chest.

Try one of those stock tank pools for a bath, people put them in there back yards for hot tubs or pools

I haven't shaved in about five years, I trim with scissors and that's it. I chose to quit shaving (and brushing my hair) because my entire youth was consumed by feminine stereotypes handed down to me. (I was a model and they wanted "normal" so I continued even after the urge of that strange ritual left me) I was sick of using razors, wasting my time to look prepubescent and still dont see why we do it to begin with haha fun fact: I met my husband within 6 months of finally quitting for good and he looves it :P
not gonna lie I resonate with you all, i get super lazy most of the time but also..... I just don't care, my body it mine and I'll do as I like with it as long as I keep it healthy and happy.

Making your own deodorant is very cheap and sustainable! You save a lot of money. Not packing for shipping, packaging, etc. You can make it to your own constituency and smell!

I brush my teeth with activated charcoal twice a week, makes my mouth feel so clean and gets rid of coffee and tea stains. Brush with toothpaste after to get the grit off.

complete honesty here, I'm weird, for some reason I'm a bit self conscious about my bikini line but could care less about my underarms..... odd right? lol

@@julianajubyyasmine That's so fascinating. I don't really care about my legs cause I guess they're the areas with the least hair when compared to armpits or pubes. I only shave my armpits or bikini area these days at all for comfort reasons cause I live somewhere with hard water, which makes it difficult to wash properly and get things rinsed out. Sorry if that's tmi. You guys are so cool!

What a refreshing video about self care,it was good to hear about what you both do for yourselves and the fact that Juby was on camera sporting face masks and bikini waxing,when so many people just wouldn't dare,to worried about what they would look like. I love the fact you are both so real and genuine about your lives and bus life with a family. It is always a pleasure watching your videos. I used to wax and epilate over the years but now just shave as it's easy in the bath( I hate showers!). Such a lovely little family,you all look so well. Take care and see you again soon.x

Brushing your teeth twice a day is probably why you keep getting cavities. Cavities form because when you eat or drink the bacteria just basically sits there and marinates. Only brushing your teeth twice a day gives at least 12 hours for stuff to take hold. Nobody ever believes me when I say that you should brush after every meal, but they all keep getting cavities and i have not had a cavity since I've been an adult (I'm 45 now). I have a cousin who's a dentist who confirmed that's why cavities form but when I asked why she doesn't recommend people brush their teeth more often, she said nothing. "Well, we don't understand everything...blah, blah, blah" The ADA has also stopped recommending flossing. LOL. Of course, I only floss when I can physically feel something in my teeth and I've still never had a cavity.
A lot of people just like doing what they do even though it doesn't give the results they want. I don't know why you would continue to use a routine that consistently results in cavities but most of the people in my life are exactly the same, so maybe i'm just weird.

A moisturizer that is SO easy- works well for my teenagers and I... rosehip oil with lavender essential oil and whichever essential oils work well with your skin. Add vitamin C or E oils if you wish. Rosemary Gladstar has a great cream recipe. When Azalea got the mustache and was laughing- her eyes were just like Justin’s! 💜🙏🏼

Incase you didn't know there are some worries about using diatamatios earth powder.. The fine particles can be quite bad for our lungs.. Maybe do some research to double check- maybe applying outside the bus whilst wearing a mask would be safer (not trying to criticise just want you guys to be safe!!)
Juby- have you heard of sugar wax? Can just make you're own and it makes this solidish wax you spread on and then flick off in the direction of growth rather than against.. no strips needed! Ultra good for your skin and environment and your wallet! It's messy at the start until you get the hang of it and can be tricky when it's hot with it melting!

I think clipping nails is not selfcare I mean you have to do it otherwise it hurts. I also love Foam and washing my face in the morning. And I do yoga everyday even if it is just for 10 minutes and walking every day. I also keep my flat nice and clean!
Recently i heard from a holistic dentist not to put the normal plastic brushes in your mouth, so I found a toothbrush made out of regrowing materials and I love it, it feels so much more humble in my mouth that I even brush longer and like to use it, will also go for a meeswack stick!

I love using Dr B too and I have recently switched to their bar because I feel it doesn’t dry me out like the liquid does. Especially on my hands as I wash them A LOT. I also used the liquid on my dreads but found it feels like it leaves lots of build up. I feel like I was washing wrong but I for sure was rinsing out everything
Maybe you have hard water? I can't use Castile on my locks for that reason which is why I stick with baking soda and an acv rinse. It built up white gunk and took a ton of soaking to get it out haha lesson learned. On your hands bit, have you tried the Mrs Meyers hand soaps? They're made with olive oil and it made a huge difference for me especially once I started using the best moisturizer ever (ancient Greek remedy)

Zay’s laugh at the end of the video is everything 😆 I use the same foam face wash/body oil and love em. Definitely gonna look into that charcoal deo that Juby uses cz the my pits are picky with natural deodorants. I love to soak my feet in a warm water/apple cider vinegar mixture every evening then apply a natural magnesium lotion to em. Helps me sleep more peacefully. ☺️ If you wana check out an all natural lotion for the dry skin in the winter, I love to use the “skin healer” from poofy organics. No toxic ingredients and works wonders. Thanks for another look into your life guys 🖤

I use to do sugaring. It is less painful than the braun/epilady device and waxing. They gave me ingrown hairs. The sugaring did not.

Loved the look of your toothbrushes & had to place an order via your link after seeing a dentist's review. I also felt like I couldn't live w/ out their PEZ-esque chewing gum dispenser. Not a fan of fluoride, so will see if I can get just the brush heads/batteries sans toothpaste delivered regularly. Btw, after mentioning that you have a cavity every time you go to the dentist even after brushing 2x a day, isn't exactly a good endorsement, just sayin'... this video is the first time I've heard Justin say he's annoyed with Azalea and honestly I've never felt more connected with him.. I had to stop using dr. B... it leaves my hair feeling tacky, I’m currently using dolly locks shampoo bar but I’m not thrilled with it. and I’ve been fighting body acne and I thought it would help but didn’t... I’m trying African black soap... wish me luck.
My scalp has been so itchy and dry since starting my dreads... so far I’ve tried tea tree oil with witch hazel or the dolly locks conditioning oil... no relief yet. :(
