- Jason Tan is the chef and co-owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Corner House. Having been awarded one star for consecutive four years, Jason is one of the few local born and bred Michelin-starred chefs. Jason’s first experience of kitchen life was a school holiday job at a pizzeria. He did not look back since, with the unwavering support of his parents and a well-acclaimed French chef. In this episode, show presenter Tung Soo Hua also visits Jason to learn how to cook his signature onion dishes.
Jason is very talented. His parents are very warm, nature and loving. That's the place to allow a talented person created. The Mom made chicken looks very delicious. Su Hua should mention and be appreciated for Mom's food.

After watching a few episodes, I find the host is still better at presenting the news or current affairs reporting. she seems awkward at making small talk or conversations, and feigning interest. it painfully affects the flow. Sounds like she is a journalist asking questions instead of being a host.
Agree. Her facial expression is a bit stiff being a host.

董素华的采访节目 内容还是很肤浅 没有所谓的深入报道 这是很可惜的。
