Honestly seeing more devices get closer and closer to perfectly emulating Dreamcast/N64 feels like such a feat compared to back in 2005. I'd like to see some more stylized/themed builds. Its a nice format for more content and it really inspires me to go out and make my own build.
Thanks for looking at these handhelds in context. As an OG of Obscure Handhelds it always angered me that newer people in the Obscure Handheld scene never look at these devices in context. 5 years ago it was unthinkable to have PSP, N64, Dreamcast, Naomi, and Sega Saturn emulation on an cheaper affordable device and now we have it. Yet people look at these handhelds with the glass half empty perspective, it angers me.
I love these little emulation devices the most, but your mod videos are cool too, I just love how concise and well thought out these videos are! Keep up doing any content you enjoy doing and I’ll keep watching.
I love seeing mods for gameboy/advance consoles, but I would love to see more videos for the more "obscure" older consoles, like your recent game gear video!
A great overview of the stock performance of this device! It seems it would only really be worth playing something like PS1 games on here, but then again I have my vita for that already... Would definitely be fun to tinker around with and see what custom firmware could do with the extra power though! As far as mod/build videos, I'd like to see some NDS/3DS builds! They're getting up there in the years and would be cool to see what kind of form factors and modifications we can do to breath new life and/or modernize them i.e. bluetooth, wireless charging, TN to IPS conversion for the 3DS, custom shells, etc.
I gotta say the screen/case mods and retro HDMI mods are some of my favorites to see covered on this channel, and I would love to see more of the available and future mods be covered. It's so great to see new life be breathed into something held in such fond view by many, and bringing it into the modern age.
Your channel got me to finally put in a drop in IPS replacement for my GBA along with the USB-C battery pack which makes for a pretty snazzy system. I'd love to see more mod content that modernizes not just displays or speakers but also key components like capacitors swaps, fan/cooling improvements and more. Updating a classic system goes hand in hand with preventative maintenance.
I'd like to see some more console restorations. Taking a dirty, possibly faulty console, fully cleaning it, fully restoring it, and upgrading it as much as is available to the modern age. Those are my favorite type of videos. Thanks for the video!
I would love to see you make a video about the Analogue Pocket, which I have no doubt is probably on it's way soon. That's one of the pros/cons of this device, the issue is that the Analogue Pocket is cheaper and can actually run native game cartridges. The audio delay here is also a huge disappointment, but I know modders will fix this in no time. I think the form factor is great, the only hardware thing I'd like to see changed here, is I really like the stacked controller buttons that are used on the Switch Pro/PS4 Controller. I also know that there are other Retro consoles with the stacked triggers/shoulder buttons. When you make those inner shoulder buttons I find that's a pain to reach. Good video as always.
Me and my dad have really been into these portable emulators and would love to see more, but I really like the idea of adding modern technology like Bluetooth and wireless charging to these older handhelds, and would love to see them implemented into portables other than the Gameboy.
I really like mods that you wouldn't initially think of - like OK screen mods are fascinating, but making a console output video through its link port? Or adding bluetooth/wireless charging? Those are the mods I'd like to see more of. Things that the original devs wouldn't have dreamt of! Thanks again for putting out another high quality video Tito, your work really is appreciated.
I dunno about what mods I want to see you do in the future but your reviews of previous ones, especially the GBA mods, have been great! I even sprung for the GBA HDMI mod you reviewed a month ago, was exactly what I was lookin for!
Love your GB, GBC and GBA screen mod videos. Here's hoping for more and more innovations on that front. Just keep making those review videos as the new mod screens come out!
i’ve really been liking the videos about taking older consoles and making them more modern with things like replacing the disk drive with a SD card slot and adding HDMI out, and I’d love to see more in a similar vein
Hopefully, like always, the community will come out with a CFW to improve the linux experience. Also I hope LineageOS with Android 12 gets released. I think I saw someone posted an early build somewhere.
Hi Tito, I really liked the honest review of this unit. It has his pros and cons and the message, as usual, it is delivered flawlessly. I really liked the GBA SP series where you added more and more mods (wireless charging, Bluetooth, new custom 3D printed case, etc). I really liked those video and would like to see more series like that. It amaze me what you can do even without pre-made custom piece from modding shop! Continue your great work! Happy Holidays!
I would love to see a video or two on: - Devices with longest gaming sessions possible. (I live in a country where mains power is not guaranteed day to day and battery life becomes king) - What is your daily drivers in terms of comfort and quality. What device(s) do you keep coming back to? - Comparisons of emulation devices vs the real thing (e.g. Gameboy Advance SP) with mods and how they compare
You know what I'd really like to see? Just the two screen setup that Nintendo did. That was so great for games. On one screen you had the game qnd the second screen was your items and miscellaneous screen on a touchpad. It was innovative and eliminated the need from leaving your game and made gameplay more smooth. We really needed more systems to follow that mechanic. And it would've been great to see one of these other companies make a system that followed that. I know it isn't a mod, but it was the one takeaway I really loved and with those big screens they use now? Just magical.
@Tito: 1. thanks for the video and chance to experience this device. 2. I"d like to see a review of current options for handhelds, like this ambernic, with a summary video ranking them all. As a novice enthusiast of reto gaming, I"d like to be more informed before pulling the trigger on a device like this. 3. with the Steam deck out in a year or so, having other options of small portable handhelds would be nice. 4. More MODs please! i find your approach very refreshing
I would love to see a Sega Saturn with the Macho Nacho treatment. I'd like to say that channel presentation is superb, I love when content creators put this amount of care, passion and production value.
Would consider some of the advanced PS2 mods? Would love to see how that'd turn out! Or would really like to see a Sega Saturn w/ Macho Nacho.I'd like to say that channel presentation is second to none. I love When content creators put this amount of love, passion and production value! Merry Christmas!
I would love to see you make a series where you create your "ultimate" versions of some consoles. You review a ton of different mods for different systems, but it would be cool for you to have (as an example) an ultimate DMG Gameboy where you install your favorite mods of the ones youve tried, and then as new mods come out, continually update this "ultimate" system to keep up with the times. You could do it for many different systems, and I think it would be a cool way to keep viewers engaged watching these like a series. Thank you for making these amazingly high quality reviews. I always look forward to them and appreciate your insight. And just to clarify, it would be awesome for you to keep making the same style product reviews/retro renews, you would just also be cool if for some of the product reviews, you also made it an update to your "ultimate" version of that console, and mentioned at the end that your "ultimate" DMG gameboy, or game gear, or whatever is getting this new mod-kit because it is better than the one previously installed. Just a thought. Thanks again!
Honestly, not sure I have anything in mind that I'd specifically like to see you review! Your videos are so engaging, that I'm always happy to watch! My interests are probably mostly around the GBA line, but I think you've already covered that niche extensively!
Any more Game Gear related mods would be great. By the way, the intro with the spinning consoles never gets old! Your work is great, You deserve more subscriptions. Eventually, it will happen.
It’s unfortunate that this did not meet your expectations with the software but I could see this getting improved on in the future. Keep doing what you’re doing, Tito, and thanks for the great content!
So much skill in designing this portable, and yet, nobody bothered to play any game and notice the sound lag. No passion. I'd like to see you review the Analogue Pocket! Happy new year!
I would love to see you make a video about batocera and other emulation focused operating systems. Also can't wait for a Steam Deck review when it comes out! Thanks!
I like your hardware mods for vintage consoles, like the Super Dreamcast. They give new life to older hardware. What I want to see is modern hardware inside older cases. I saw an ITX build inside a iMac G4 and a C64-styled ITX case. These "sleeper builds" have enough power to emulate anything up to PS3 and Xbox 360 but look like retro hardware.
I’m new to the channel but I think your Game Boy and Game Boy Advance mods are cool and I’d like to see more of them. About the RG552, I think Anbernic has added a software update for the Android side of the device, which adds the Playstore to the array of applications, allowing installation of applications to be easier. Thanks for the review!
Branching out more to older tech in general would be really cool! Not just retro consoles, but iPods, cameras, computers, and all that sort of stuff. Doing some more niche mods, like DMG 102 mods, would also be really cool! Maybe even a custom designed and 3D printed enclosure for something like the 102.
Can I just say the video production is amazing. As for something i'd like to see, maybe a video on cartridge repairs, or better still DIY flash carts using original gameboy cartridges.
Love all the gameboy model mods you've done. Always hyped to see more retro handheld maintenance/updates. Very interested in seeing what all these new generation of emulators are capable of. As someone in the market for one I'll keep checking back for your opinions.
I would love to see some custom housing mod videos. I really like the hardware modding videos, and theres just something so cool about unique and creative shell re-designs. Great video!
Once it's available, I would love to see you do a video on the Odin and compare it to your results with the rg552. I think at the price point of the Odin Lite model, the two of them will go head to head, As far as mods go, I'm always going to be a sucker for handheld mods and PS1/PS2 mods. Love your videos, keep up the great work!

Your gameboy mods videos are amazing! I always look foward to seeing any new stuff about them in your channel.
I’d love to see some videos with mods of classic controllers. Upgrading buttons, joysticks, or triggers. Adding wireless functionality to controllers for some of the older consoles. Also I know it’s early but I’d love to see some of the steps made toward unlocking the full potential of the analogue pocket.
Your channel is one of the few that inspired me to start retromodeding and filming my experience for UA-cam, thank you for that! As for what id like to see more of, anything you can throw at us! It's always awesome to see the new innovation in certain kits, like the ones that give your Gameboys a TV out option! In general, keep up the wonderful work and have a great holiday season.
would love to see a comparison of all the gba modifications you've done over the years. Be interesting to see the improvements made to the backlit solutions.
Something I've always wanted you to do was a video on your more niche home consoles like your Laseractive(frickin cool thing by the way) which is why I was stoked to see your video on your 3DO
Love seeing new screen mods being updated for older devices. I recently bought a gameboy color and plan on doing a display swap mod thanks to your videos.
I really hope you can review the Ayn Odin! It's the next gen retro hand held Im the most excited for and I think your retro emu device reviews are the most concise on youtube! Looking forward to another retro future next year :3
Yo Tito! First of all you got me into doing some of these mods like the gameboy ips ones. And made me brave enough to attempt soldering. So now that all my snes games have a new battery in them I’d like to see some snes mods! I know there aren’t many but still lol.
Recently came across the channel Tito. I'm loving the vids, but especially the ones where you refurbish broken consoles! Custom consoles in general are super interesting!
I would love to see you tackle more difficult repairs instead of complete overhauls. One interesting thing (that we almost never see on UA-cam) would be FM Towns/MSX/X68k videos for example
Love to see more videos from you, my PC engine GT repair and RGB mod also learning from your video. Please produce more repairing and mod guides, the retro gaming culture must keep and last!
Since the first video I have watched of yours I LOVE how informative everything is, and giving your honest opinions to everything! There really isn't much I want to see specifically other than perhaps some guides on taking older hardware apart showing how to clean them? It is always nice to have a resource to look at for taking things apart at the very least.
I'd love to see you do something obscure, like a battery or screen mod for an old TI-89 calculator. I just found mine in a box, and it holds a special place in my heart.
I grew up as a Sega kid and I really appreciate any and all Sega themed episodes. I know you tinker with consoles for yourself but you should really think about selling them as well. I would pay good money for one of your mods
Obviously I'm hoping you get a vid out about the Retroid Pocket 2+, also wouldn't mind seeing a mod video about how to make the Pow Kiddy x18s a superb machine wether its through hardware mods or whatever. Other then that just keep doing you, your review was well spoken, thorough and informative. Subbed for the giveaway but will stay subbed for the good content.
Not a specific project to cover, but the oddball mods are always my favorite. Stuff like the iPod emulator system and Dual Screen SP kit build. Can't wait to see what's coming down the pipeline next!
Note for anyone watching this now, there have been updates to both android and Linux software but it’s even better if you get the unofficial android 9 and update the Linux to use JELOS instead. It really improves the emulation and battery life.
I'd like to see videos based around builds for upgrading consoles that either focus on budget (like let's get the best possible GameCube we can under $X and that has to factor in finding an average priced used GameCube online) or builds that do the most possible with a console without any soldering
i don’t think anything is out there that can do this yet, but i think they’re coming in the next year. i’m hoping to see some videos as the new devices release that are capable of emulating PS2 - i really think those devices becoming more available and affordable is going to bring a lot of people into the scene!
I've seen some channels create portable versions of some consoles. I wonder if you'd ever try something like it. Like a portable Saturn or Dreamcast. That'd be amazing! Love your channel. Merry Christmas Tito!
I am always interested in mods for old consoles that make them portable. I remember how cool seeing the nomad for the first time was... "no way! It plays full size sega games?!?!" lol
I know you're more into original hardware, but if ever you want to try more of these emulation handhelds, I'd love to see a review of the Retroid Pocket 2+! Happy holidays to you 🎄
Awesome giveaway for the retro handheld enthusiasts. Being a handheld enthusiast, I'd love to see more mods and customizations on gameboy consoles. GBA, GBC, etc. I love your channel and what you do.
Great job Tito, with the quality of your videos, you deserve more views on youtube. I have learned a lot with you. More mods for Gamecube or Gameboy would be great for me. Cheers from France, and merry Christmas.
I would like to see sort of a combination tutorial review about the Retroid Pocket 2 along with its recently released upgradable parts that make it into the Retroid Pocket 2+. Its become a bit of a unique product among the retro gaming handhelds. Thank you for the review and give away!
You could do some console miniaturization. Cooling upgrade of consoles that have/don't have one. Including the ones that *don't even need* cooling in the first place, it could be active/passive/"air"/"water"-cooling, the sky is the limit. 3D print your own shells, original design and accurate as possible with maximum attention to the original details (including the flaws), or customs that you designed by yourself, go wild with it!
It'd be cool to see more NES or Atari mods like the hdmi or rgb mod for NES or the rgb mod for Atari 2600. There's also the Ultimate Atari Video (UAV) mod at The Brewing Academy which works on any Atari system from Atari 800 to Atari 7800 and provides both composite and s-video without even needing to remove the RF module. Thanks for all your amazing videos I've found out about a lot of great retro console mods from your channel!
If possible, with access to a 3D printer and a 3D modeler, making 3D printed mods for certain handhelds. Like a grip for the Anbernic RG552 or even make docks for certain handhelds. There's no channel I've seen that does this. I see it as a window of opportunity for this channel. I hope I win cause I would love one of these to relax with and play some arcade games.
Much respect.
2024...???!!
Seeing how emulation has advanced so quickly over the past few years, it would be nice to see more stuff on Dreamcast emulation.
I love that video too
As an older video game player (54) I love love seeing retro emulator and or modded systems that bring back memories of my youth.
Your channel basically got me into IPS replacement for almost all of my current handhelds right now. Keep it going
I gotta say the screen/case mods and retro HDMI mods are some of my favorites to see covered on this channel, and I would love to see more of the available and future mods be covered. It's so great to see new life be breathed into something held in such fond view by many, and bringing it into the modern age.
Agreed. Unfortunately worldwide shortages are making it hard to release new mods. :(
Your channel got me to finally put in a drop in IPS replacement for my GBA along with the USB-C battery pack which makes for a pretty snazzy system.
Good product presentation....
@UnreaLorenzo Thanks for the feedback! I will take it into consideration!
Great Content, would love to see more retro system restorations and talk about keeping our old systems working
I dunno about what mods I want to see you do in the future but your reviews of previous ones, especially the GBA mods, have been great! I even sprung for the GBA HDMI mod you reviewed a month ago, was exactly what I was lookin for!
Ótimo ver a comunidade de portátil avançando tanto assim com consoles 64. Abraços, do Brasil!
Love your GB, GBC and GBA screen mod videos. Here's hoping for more and more innovations on that front. Just keep making those review videos as the new mod screens come out!
Merry Christmas buddy!
Can’t wait for your analogue pocket video! That is what I’m looking most forward to.
i’ve really been liking the videos about taking older consoles and making them more modern with things like replacing the disk drive with a SD card slot and adding HDMI out, and I’d love to see more in a similar vein
Hopefully, like always, the community will come out with a CFW to improve the linux experience. Also I hope LineageOS with Android 12 gets released. I think I saw someone posted an early build somewhere.
the developer of ArkOS doesn't like the device, so at least he won't be working on it
I beginning my retro collection. And I am loving that emulation is getting better and better.
No suggestions for you. You're already killing it. I'd love to see a few more Frankenstein's monster builds, though, like the GBA switch.
Hi Tito, I really liked the honest review of this unit. It has his pros and cons and the message, as usual, it is delivered flawlessly. I really like seeing the latest and greatest retro console mods for original hardware
I would love to see a Sega Saturn with the Macho Nacho treatment.
I'd like to say that channel presentation is superb, I love when content creators put this amount of care, passion and production value.
Dude your view count on your newer videos is insane! You deserve it, man! Keep up the grind and keep making cool content!
Would consider some of the advanced PS2 mods? Would love

Just getting addicted to retro games. Can’t wait for your analogue pocket video! Also Merry Christmas to all.

I would love to see the virtual bot consolizer, never had a VB but love how the community is affectionate of it!
I wasnt subscribed before despite having watched quite a few of your gba mods video, now i am! you have great production value!
Can I just say the video production is amazing.
As for something i'd like to see, maybe a video on cartridge repairs, or better still DIY flash carts using original gameboy cartridges.
This have probably been asked to death but I'm absolutely stoked to see you reviewing the Retroid Pocket 2+
Love the videos! Not really a mod per se, but a video of general maintenance tips and tricks for older consoles and carts/discs.
Love all the gameboy model mods you've done. Always hyped to see more retro handheld maintenance/updates. Very interested in seeing what all these new generation of emulators are capable of. As someone in the market for one I'll keep checking back for your opinions.
Wow! You are very informative. I love to see more info about the Neo Geo MVS and the AES. Let see what you can do?
I would love to see some custom housing mod videos. I really like the hardware modding videos, and theres just something so cool about unique and creative shell re-designs. Great video!
Once it's available, I would love to see you do a video on the Odin and compare it to your results with the rg552. Found your channel about a month and have been enjoying them since, more handheld mods, esp the gameboys, would be awesome to see.
would love to see a comparison of all the gba modifications you've done over the years. Be interesting to see the improvements made to the backlit solutions.
A comparison vs other up and coming devices, as they become available, would be fun to watch.
It would be really neat to see you talk more about gamecube mods! Console mods in general are something that would be quite interesting to watch!
I really enjoy videos related to adding functionality to old consoles
I like being surprised with products I had no idea I wanted till you review em. Happy holidays and thanks for the giveaway!
Just love all the GB/GBC mods you've been doing, so keep those up!! :)
I really hope you can review the Ayn Odin! It's the next gen retro hand held Im the most excited for and I think your retro emu device reviews are the most concise on youtube! Looking forward to another retro future next year :3

I hope there will be more consoles like Anbernic RG552 I really like watching you review these consoles :)
I would love to see you tackle more difficult repairs instead of complete overhauls. One interesting thing (that we almost never see on UA-cam) would be FM Towns/MSX/X68k videos for example
I would love to see one of your videos focused on any mods for the GBA Micro or the Wonderswan Color! Congrats for the amazing content this year! ❤️
Love to see more videos from you, my PC engine GT repair and RGB mod also learning from your video. Please produce more repairing and mod guides, the retro gaming culture must keep and last!
Golly, I'd love to see a video taking a look back at the PSP and if it's still worth for emulation today!
More videos for mods that allow older consoles to keep pace with their modern contemporaries are always welcomed and appreciated. :)
I'd love to see you mess with some of the more obscure handheld like the Mega Duck, Tiger game com, etc! Love what you do, keep it up!
Id love to see more handheld console mods or more of these portable handheld emulation consoles.
I love seeing romhacks if that's something that you would like to cover. Love the content so far!
Restorations are always welcome. I'm surprised you haven't taken a look at an OSSC yet I'm sure you'd like it for your older consoles.
I'd like to see videos based around builds for upgrading consoles that either focus on budget (like let's get the best possible GameCube we can under $X and that has to factor in finding an average priced used GameCube online) or builds that do the most possible with a console without any soldering
I'd love to see a "top 10 handhelds of 2021" video. That would be great! Also looking forward to seeing reviews on the RP2+.
i don’t think anything is out there that can do this yet, but i think they’re coming in the next year. i’m hoping to see some videos as the new devices release that are capable of emulating PS2 - i really think those devices becoming more available and affordable is going to bring a lot of people into the scene!
I've seen some channels create portable versions of some consoles. I wonder if you'd ever try something like it. Like a portable Saturn or Dreamcast. That'd be amazing! Love your channel. Merry Christmas Tito!
I would like more restoration/repair videos on the channel. Keep up the great work! Hope you have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I am always interested in mods for old consoles that make them portable. I remember how cool seeing the nomad for the first time was... "no way! It plays full size sega games?!?!" lol
Been really considering one of these Anbernic devices, cool to see you taking a look at them!
Thanks for the videos Tito. I like seeing mods for modern components in classic handhelds like Lynx, Game Gear etc.
Love your videos. Would love to see you continue to look at devices like this in the future as well as your “usual “ stuff.
More fightstick, fightpad, or just regular controller mods. Your videos are always fun to watch!
I like how the fact you have taking older consoles and modernized them
If possible, with access to a 3D printer and a 3D modeler, making 3D printed mods for certain handhelds. Like a grip for the Anbernic RG552 or even make docks for certain handhelds. There's no channel I've seen that does this. I see it as a window of opportunity for this channel.
I hope I win cause I would love one of these to relax with and play some arcade games.
