From time to time I test new piano libraries, now I tried the "Addictive Keys" by XLN Audio which is in my opinion a very good Steinway sample especially for pop arrangements and pop piano accompaniment.

take "Studio Grand - As Recorded", then:
Mics: Body + Amb + Mid Tube , all 0 db and reverb about -11db
FX2: about 1db (Hall, predelay 3.5 ms, decay 80% (maybe a bit less)

DirkArnez I just used a combination of 3 mic perspectives: Body+Amb+Mid Tube. Of all combinations this sounds the best. The reverb is just the internal "hall".

Hi, how did you achieve this sound? I have addictive keys. My laptop is directly connected to a sound mixer but the sound is not so good. Is my set up correct? I would appreciate any reply form you.
Can You please tell me how you export the áudio to an mp3 or wav file?? I just bought it and have no idea how to do this!
Does the full version have 88 keys? I read something about it only having four octaves but I'm guessing that's just for the demo.

I now have the Addictive keys demo and a usb cable to connect my piano to my laptop. I want the Addictive keys sound to come out of my piano's speakers. Do I need something else then?
I heard something about DAW host programs..?? Do I need a program like that to get the sound out of the piano's speakers?
