When you use the broth for the second time, do you add more seasoning? If yes, in the same amount?
If the amount of broth is not enough and you need to add more water, you will need to add more seasoning.
The seasoning will vary depending on the amount of water you add.
Is the same recipe you would use to make bossam with pork belly... how much pork belly for that much broth?

I dont think this is traditional jokbal...star anise, bay leaf and cinnammon are not part of traditional Korean cuisine...
Recipes are different for each person.
And in Korea, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon are used to remove the smell of pork.
@@nanthehousechef Nope, traditional jokbal has only ginseng, black peppercorns, jujubes, leeks, apples, ginger and garlic to repel the unwanted smell.
And I don't think Korean traditional cuisine uses herbs and spices a lot because most of the spices that you using today were came from India and Southeast Asia...
